The place is nicely decorated and the staff were really nice. It's a buffet style so they give you the soup st start with and you pick things to put in your soup from the fridge. I think its about $35-38 a person. Not exactly sure, but they do military discount only on the person with an ID not the whole partyParking: It's a small parking lot in the front and a small lot in the back

First time and maybe the last. It's my preference but I didn't care to much for this type of food. Service was fair at best.

When first arriving you wouldn't think much of it. Tucked into a small strip mall. But the services was great. Server explained all options and choices for all the different soup bases. They had a large selection of meat and veggies to choose from. Portions were large and extremely filling.

Enjoyed our company tonight. We had been given such great customer service here. The place was nice and lit up and very inviting. Tonight it was jam packed with customers coming in and out enjoying the buffet.Ordered an original broth. Didnt care for it. Should have went with a miso broth. The original broth was more like a water non-flavor base. Drove me nuts when looking for some flavor in my boiled meats and sides. They do however have a handful of sides to choose from. They did lack with veggie choices.Regardless. I would still come back and maybe still just try a different broth. My family enjoyed what they ordered so we will be back!

This place was awesome, i was pretty sketched at first by the looks of the place. Gave the place a try, and i don't regret it, this place will be my permanent hot pot spot. The service was amazing, all waitress's were really nice and very helpful.

I've been obsessed with hot pot lately. I am mostly writing this review so that I remember to come back here on my next visit. I first encountered Hawaii Pot in a mall in Kaneohe, but was too full to eat, I later realized this was a local chain and it had 5 other locations. I begged to be taken here to eat as I have never encountered a hot pot place that has hot pot with a salad bar type set up, I now know this is a thing, but its not readily available where I live. This one is all you can eat, you pick your broth, order your meat (if you want), but then get everything else yourself out of the salad bar and fridge located next to it, sauce bar too. I love that I don't have to have 15 lotus root slices, when I only want two, it feels like so much less waste and you get exactly what you want. I really appreciate that they have a broth called healthy vegetarian, it's great when you don't have to guess if something is suitable for specific diet types. I also now only like hot pots with sauce bars as I have discovered that I prefer my broth to be perfected to my own taste palate. I must have garlic, cilantro and vinegar. I also prefer places where you get your own individual pot and don't have to stress with split pots, etc. All you can eat price seems reasonable for lunch. This seems like it would be a great place for a fun meal with friends. My partner complained that hot soup is not suited for Hawaii weather, but I disagree and seems many others did too, since this place was busy in the afternoon. I walked out of the restaurant and immediately started searching to see if a similar type set up existed in my home state. I can't wait to come back here on my next trip. Plus it seems I'll be able to access this easily no matter where I am on the island. My only complaint it that no one offered me more broth, but I probably didn't really need to eat anymore food. Also hot pot is super messy for me, please offer additional napkins

Looking for a hot pot restaurant in the area, you should definitely try Hawaii Pot. The broth delicious (we had miso) and there are ton of meats and veggies for your pot. The staff was super welcoming and kept the table clutter free. FYI..it's all you can eat!Vegetarian options: Ton of vegetables for the pot.Parking: Small lot on side of restaurant.

My second hot pot experience on island. I prefer this place more than Auntys in Kapolei. The staff is incredibly sweet and came often to check on us. There are abundant veggies. There is even cilantro and scallions !!! A hot pot must for me. (They don't have it at Auntys). It's such a cozy lively restaurant with lots of natural sun shining through its windows. I also love the hanging ceiling ivy. A little charming place in Wahiawa.Space is limited so call in advance to make sure there is space.

Came here as our first dinner in Hawaii, my friend and her family are locals and the waitress knew their order as soon as we walked in. My soup base was spicy but nothing crazy, it was the perfect amount of spicy. It's all you can eat so we ordered about 3-4 rounds of meat, you can order rice and drinks are included.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful, 5/5! It is pricier at dinner, I remember about $35 per person, but the lunch window (with I think $25 per person) ends rather late at 3PM. Food was delicious, service was almost always immediate, everything was super clean and well maintained. Couldn't ask for more.
