The team here are absolutely fantastic. Super positive and very customer oriented. I’ve been a regular here for a while now and their attitudes are really infectious. The salads are great too. One of the few healthy options on Schofield. Definitely worth it!

I was super excited to try this place! I heard really good things about the smoothies.
First time walking in, the staff was extremely rude and 3-4 of the staff argued about who was going to take my order. Kept saying “Well I’m not taking it” “I’m doing something”.
As someone who works in food/drink service, I know how IMPORTANT first impressions are, and how important it is to build a positive relationship with your customers. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service.
Other than that my drink was good. I hope to have a better experience with the staff, IF I come back.

Locally grown produce. Friendly staff remembered my name from last time I visited. The food tastes like the ingredients were harvested from the garden this morning. I’m so glad this healthy option is in the PX.

These guys are usually very good and provide slightly more generous portions than their Honolulu counterpart. This is the 4th time (seperate occasions) that I show up after 7p.m. and they decline me a power gouse cleanse. As a member of the food service community, I understand that they are trying to clean the juicer and it could be lengthy. However, the time now is 7:15p.m. This should be revisited by management. I love you guys, but the first customer at 8 a.m. should be offered the same service as 7:51p.m. Thank you.
.. Need to work on customer service. I notice when you don’t tip there, they do passive aggressive things like take extra long.. or like not put on the lid all the way on (like secure) . I think they forget the drink was paid for, they’re getting paid by the company to make this drink, and they are not making the drink for free, therefor the quality of customer service and my drink should not be devalued by a tip. Tips are at the end of the job not before…

Expensive but really good
I only give 2 stars because the foods good. The customer service is impolite and terrible. Iv tried this place 3 times. One of the times it was 45 min. Till close and they told me they'd only serve drinks because they where closing. A second time it was busy and alls I ordered was a smoothie. I received the wrong smoothie and politely asked for the correct one. I was told "you'll be alright" and then ignored. The third time it wasn't busy. In fact I was the only person in line or trying to get food. I stood at the register for 10 minutes meanwhile the workers where just talking knowing I was there and ignoring me. When I was finally helped my food took another 25 min. To be given and alls I ordered was a Hapa Bowl. Very disappointed with the quality of service.
Ripoff. The food in the picture cost us over $50!! Super overpriced for the quality. Food seems like it came from Walmart. Shakes are nothing to go crazy over. Location is terrible, its practically in a closet.
