Love their Portuguese sausage. Pancakes were fluffy and fresh. The bacon was cooked just how I like it, not too crispy. Portion is big. Priced very well too! Parking can be a little tight. There’s street parking nearby. Service was quick and friendly.

People behind the counter were kind and helpful. The French toast was kind of mid at best but I loved the pancakes. My friend I went with wasn't a fan of the burrito he received but said everything else was good. I'd recommend it for brunch.

Such a cute place. Breakfast was yummy. Hot cocoa was hot as heck but yummy. We had the fried rice and it tasted like a breakfast style, surprisingly really great. Portions are pretty big too!

Best Koa pancake house I’ve experienced so far. Good service, good food, fast delivery. We had the Chunky monkey pancakes, strawberry cheesecake waffle, Benedict, vegetarian omelette and breakfast plate.
