Absolutely phenomenal! We went tonight and truly felt like part of the family even with 500 people there. Everyone was so sweet and inviting. The dancing was just spectacular, I loved seeing all the different types being incorporated and the history they added was a chefs kiss. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Mauka Warriors Luau! I celebrated my 50th on May 7th there with my family. We traveled from Sacramento Ca! My family & I had an amazing time! It’s family oriented, the staff, the food was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the different cultures… I loved the different interaction stations that they had setup… we loved it & look forward to visiting again when we’re back in Hawaii! We had an amazing time at the Mauka Warriors Luau in Kapolei. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and immersive. The cultural activities before the show were fun and educational, and the buffet dinner was delicious—especially the kalua pork!
The performance was the true highlight. The storytelling, dancing, and fire-knife finale were absolutely incredible and gave powerful insight into Polynesian warrior history. This luau felt truly authentic and meaningful. A must-see if you're in Oahu!

Absolutely incredible experience from the minute we arrived! Everything is so organized and welcoming. We enjoyed seeing the roasted pig being pulled from the ground and learning about the traditions. My kids enjoyed the tattoos, and we all found some special things to purchase from the artisans on site. My husband is active duty military and he was truly humbled by the special recognition and lei. I appreciate you recognizing all our military me. And women. And this was all in addition to the meal and the luau show, which was incredible! The talent of the performers is amazing and we were all so entertained throughout the entire night! Also, my son lost his wallet while we were at the Luau and the next day they called me that his id and card had been found! We are so grateful! We were leaving the island too quickly to go back and pick it up but they mailed it out the next day to us. Truly amazing people who made us feel like family. I cannot recommend Mauka Warriors Luau highly enough!!

The Makana Warrior Luau was AWESOME. First the facility is really nice, the view is beautiful (over looking Waikiki) and the location is high up in the mountains, giving a mystical feel. Much better than the typical tourist trap vacation spot on the beach. Second all of the fun things they had before dinner and the show were so cool. FREE PICTURES. Yes that’s right, they offered free professional photographs of you with some fun props and a cool background. They had flower bracelet making which was fun, traditional Polynesian tattoos, kana tasting and other fun events that were pretty much all included with the cost of the ticket. I thought the traditional Polynesian kitchen was coolest. Throughout the night, we loved how they incorporated traditional Polynesian culture into the show and setups to make it also a learning experience. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The show itself was also fantastic! The talent was amazing and I loved how they did dances from all the islands. How they were able to remember all the dances was very impressive. Lastly, the fire show at the end was shocking. I know it’s not traditional, but it was impressive nonetheless. It rained pretty much the whole time on and off and the staff provided ponchos free of charge to all guests which made it much more enjoyable. I hope they do well as they put on a fantastic experiences for young and old and families alike.

Last minute ticket purchase . The luau was great lots of storytelling , the host had banter and funny the dancer were beautiful but my favorite was the young fire dancers ! The food i didnt expect much but OMG SOOOO GOOD ! Lots of activities to do as well before the show. My advice is get the front row the people around you are not kind and their cell phones will be in your face if you are too far back. Its worth every dime so buy them in advanced .

We were in Hawaii for one night passing through. We decided to book in for this luau and we were not disappointed! It was a fantastic experience. All the dancing, culture, activities, and food were worth every penny. It felt like such a family community and all the staff were so engaging and nice! The food was very good as well. We bought an upgraded package with came with earlier admission which I would definitely recommend. We were able to get around and talk with staff and see the activities before it got too crowded and busy. We were not disappointed with our choice to come here. Loved it.
We’ve had friends and family visit Oahu and attend various luaus, but hands down, Mauka Luau has been the best one we’ve experienced. From start to finish, this luau exceeded our expectations in every way.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking, located on a beautiful golf course with stunning views that add to the overall ambiance. The entire experience felt incredibly inclusive, with everything you need for a memorable evening provided (no additional cost, even the photos!)– from delicious food to top-notch entertainment. I do recommend that you bring money for tips, as each station did accept tips).
The Polynesian cultural lessons were a highlight, offering an engaging and educational experience for all ages. It was clear that the performers and staff were passionate about sharing their traditions, and they did so in a fun and accessible way.
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned luau-goer, Mauka Luau is definitely worth the visit. 5 stars all the way! We will definitely be back with our family again. Highly recommend!

This show was amazing and the view was everything. You started out getting a tribal temporary tattoo then taking a picture with the mountains as your backdrop. We made lei bracelets, coconut leave crowns, and grated coconuts. The show told a beautiful story of the Polynesian islands and it was so authentic.

This was our first time to a Luau and I highly recommend doing the Mauka warriors luau because just WOW! from the opening experiences to the history from around the Polynesian islands and further the whole show was beautiful and full of history! We also loved the food and drinks! Everything was A++ amazing! And we will be back when we visit again!!

Incredible to watch, it was informative about all of the Polynesian Islands. I loved that they had pre-show activities, like temporary tattoos, crowns weaving, kava tasting, professional photos, etc. They even invited guests on stage to hula! The performers were incredibly sweet, and stayed around for photos afterwards. I would absolutely recommend this luau!
