Hands down the best mcdonald’s i’ve ever visited. And i’ve visited A LOT! Amazing customer service and the food is almost always perfect. Even when they’re busy these guys are QUICK. I want to contact the corporate office and demand that these employees receive a raise!

This location is a joke! Place an order and waited at curbside for 30 mins. Went inside finally to collect my order… went to side counter and nicely said excuse me… everyone ignored me. I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. Security guy came over and got in my face… got my order and went to leave. Security followed me out and wanted to fight tell me to “test me”. Customer service at this location sucks!!! Pic is of unhinged security guard. Also this is my wife’s google account..: I am a male so he wasn’t trying to fight a female.

Great dine-in experiences as the drive thru lines are always long. Quick service both touch screen ordering and with a cashier. 99% of the menu was available except for some specialty coffee beverages. Food was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Really appreciate the surplus of staff working on the weekends.

This location is clean and comfortable atmosphere. Howerver... lately their soda machine is not that great. specificly the Diet Coke. I wish they fix their machine because soda makes the meal.

We don't eat fast food much anymore, and don't use this location much if we do. However, when we do come to this location EVERY SINGLE TIME something is wrong with the order. Also, when you specifically ask for certain sauces, get charged for and pay for said sauces I expect to get those! Rocket science!

Best location I’ve been in Oahu! Super fresh food, hot coffee and extremely clean. Clearly the employees are working hard and I hope they are getting compensated well for their hard work. Without good employees this cannot happen. Bathrooms were super clean and they thanked me for waiting when there was no wait at all. 1000% recommend.
