Someone gotta teach aunty some Aloha. Walked in with my family and said good morning and got ignored. We were the only customers in there. I assumed she didn't hear, so I ordered 3 of their biggest donuts and she squeezed it all into one brown bag smh. Then after I paid for my order I said mahalos aunty have a great day..... got ignored again. They also seem to be close a lot of the time when their online hours show open. Even when I call to verify, no answer. Oh well..... thank God for kilani bakery lol

Used to be the best place for doughnuts now they taste like old oil and try to put all doughnuts into a bag almost a dozen in 2 bags I asked for a box and she said more expensive ?When I come all the way from Waianae to get these no more not worth the effort anymore.

Yes they may be a little pricey but 1 the donuts are good size 2 they are so ono and worth it. Love the donuts and love the customer service very sweet lady.

Donuts tasted amazing- best thing to home that I have tasted since being here. I find the prices a little high. The lady working seemed like we were bothering her when we would ask anything about yhe donuts.We liked them so much we have been back twice now (Sunday 9/24 @ 8:30am & Tuesday 9/26 @ 7:50am) both times have been closed but signed on door and website say open. Am I missing something
