A week ago Friday I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut Wahiawa, after a long day at work and sitting in traffic to get home. We placed our order at 6:24PM which came out to over $55 with tip. After waiting 45-min I called for a delivery update and was told the order was on its way. An hour later the order arrived. The pizzas were refrigerator cold, the cheese was rubbery, and the dough was like cardboard. I called and was routed to customer service who offered a $5 gift certificate for my inconvenience. I expressed that the offer was insulting. The representative connected me with the store manager who abruptly apologized and offered a refund. I accepted and the manager said it was done and hung up. A week later, still no refund credited back to us. I called customer service and was told a store manager would be in touch. We are still waiting. The professionalism, customer service, and quality of food is lacking at this location. We ended up tossing out most of the pizza because it was not edible once reheated. It had a funky spoiled taste. Such a disappointment!!

I love this Pizza Hut location! The employees are always very friendly, and I come here quite often. My orders are usually on time, and the service is great. They even have two tables inside if you want to sit and eat.
I’ve never had any issues here, and they’re doing a fantastic job. If you’re craving pizza and looking for a reliable Pizza Hut location, I recommend this one.

With a tip and delivery fee food was 20 min late from estimated time and delivered via door dash even though purchased direct and not even warm by the time it arrived. Best part minus a wing.
I had a carry out order from this place last night, decided to get pizza for the whole family. I was told my order would be ready at 7:45 pm. I came back around 7:50 pm to the store and they said it hadn’t even started baking yet! They promptly started cooking it. When I took the food home, my wife & I both noticed the meat lovers pizza was horribly burnt (one slice was comparable to the texture of pita chips because of how hard it was, I’m not kidding), except for 2 slices that were softer yet unusually more oily than the rest. Also the chocolate donut bites were hard and overcooked. And last thing, the chicken wings appetizer felt cold even right after leaving the store. This was a very disappointing experience.UPDATE: despite this unsatisfying dining experience, I was contacted by a representative from Pizza Hut who ensured that I would be provided store credit to make up for value the unsatisfying items I had ordered yesterday (not for the pepperoni pizza though, because that pizza was actually very good and I was happy with that item). Very professional response!

This branch has no issues giving customers burnt pizza. This pizza should not have passed quality control. & In case you aren't aware, they do not give refunds unless you bring the item back by the end of the business day. This is such a disgrace for this franshise and businesses. This should not be okay as it is very unethical and not consumer friendly.

Let me start off by saying I love Pizza Hut, like I LOVE Pizza Hut. But I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location ever again, I’d rather drive 20 minutes one way than order here. Our food was first 20 minutes late, I called the operator twice because apparently you can’t call the store. They assured me the driver would be here in 5 minutes, it wasn’t. They said the manager would call me, they still haven’t. Our food was cold, pizza was wrong, and nothing had been fine to try and make it better. I understand stuff happens, but at least try and make it better.
