Visited HI back in Oct '24 and loved the Pho. Moved here less than a month ago and have been here 4xs already. Ordered the back rib pho and OMG it just does something for me that I love 😌

A really nice and clean restaurant. There was one server working the tables so much kudos to her. Will definitely be returning.

The medium beef pho portion was good with a lot of noodles. Pork banh mi was my favorite. Pork was flavorful and juicy.
Fresh rolls were good, but the ratio of noodles seemed to be a lot! Peanut sauce dip was thick and flavorful.

We had a great experience here. Hugh was very friendly and suggested delicious dishes. We started with the chicken wings which were super crispy! Then we had two types of pho, lemongrass chicken and teriyaki chicken. Everything was tasty and the portions were generous.

This is my second time at this restaurant. The staff here are nice and the food is great. Of course I got the Beef Back Rib Pho. The bowl was good and very filling. I also got to try a bit of the Lemongrass Banh Mi. This was also very good. If you're in Wahiawa, give this place a try.

I want to split this review in 2 parts. The first is the food and the next my own experience. Food wise, it was pretty good. I got the steak pho and my husband had the BBQ Pork Vermicelli. I liked the pho and it was like other pho places. Maybe a little bland but was perfect for me after I added chili oil and some Sriracha sauce. My husband said the pork was good too, but it was on the drier side. Nothing a little more sauce couldn't fix of course.

Now for my experience. We walked in and the restaurant is very clean, super nice wall art and decor, with plenty of seating for a Saturday afternoon. I originally wanted to dine in and brought my 3 kids (5 and under). The first comment I got was "that's a lot of kids". I don't think I heard a welcome, but it could've been me hyper fixated on that comment instead. I also was not offered a high chair for my baby, it was something I had to grab. No biggie, since I was doing it, but I've had other places offer and even ask how many I need. After wards my kids were eating some food they didn't finish in the car which is when we were made aware that no outside food. I wanted to use common sense, but I also didn't see a sign outside. The sign is located inside to the right of the doors, and I didn't notice until I was leaving in all honesty. I felt like this was being seen as rude on my end and i never try to be disrespectful, i just wanted my kids to eat and for me and my husband to enjoy a new pho place for us. I just felt like we couldn't dine in at that point so decided to make the order a to go. As I was paying the guy makes a comment about the kids not having it, to which I replied "I'm not having it". Again, I was already a little annoyed at the first comment made as soon as we walked in and i felt bad because I didn't use common sense and let my kids eat their outside food. So that's my experience as a mom of 3 little ones. I didn't feel welcome and I was embarrassed from not seeing the sign before letting them eat. I'm sure if you come here with no kids it'd be wonderful experience and you can enjoy the food without them. My only grievance is the sign could've been placed right out front as I've seen other restaurants do. They have a sign say "no outside food or drink" right at the front before you walk in and that probably would've helped half of my experience. Thank you if you read this far.

Edit: because the owner replied, I would never feed my kid on a menu. My youngest is 1 year old and has not refined her motor skills. She's barely learning to feed herself so as I sat next to her, she accidentally dropped a piece of food on the menu. I didn't mean to exclude that part but apparently that's what got the owner the most. I also want to apologize for that but it was honestly an error on our part. The rest of my review still stands. I just wanted to address I'd never feed my kids off a menu it's gross.

Wanted to eat there says close at 8pm. 715pm they told me they closed.
And he wonder why they slow. Keep turning customers away.
Never offered a take out option. Only if i have an order to pick up, other then that they close.

This place is a waste of money. Found hair in my pho noodles and I went to the cashier and he said well is not my hair and I looked at him and said to him well clearly is not mine either. He denied even that the hair can be one of his people, I told him I don’t want this no more. No refund at all.

We ordered the #29 (Beef Rib Bone Soup) and #28 (COMBO Pho Dac Biet). The restaurant was very clean, organized, and looked good. Music was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, courteous and nice.

Ok for the Pho:
1. Came out pretty fast.
2. Piping hot
3. Plenty of meat. Big pieces of Beef Ribs (two)
4. Noodles, decent amount. My wife ate a large, normally only eats mediums. Good texture.
5. Now only complaint is the broth was very bland! Little salty, but no beefy flavor. Too bad. I was hoping this would be awesome Pho.
6. Pricey. $24 for the #29 and $18.25 for the #28
