Wife placed an online order and went to pick up the sandwiches. She was told that they ran out of meatballs and was not offered any solutions.. she had already paid for the subs online. MY WIFE asked is she could substitute for a different sub and she was told that she could not. She then asked for a refund and was told that they could not refund. what else do you want her to do?? Just eat the 15 dollars? She had to ask to speak to a manager who gave her a hard time and finally voided the transaction over the phone. Terrible customer service with no solutions after THEY ran out of meatballs. Just expected us to say okay no problem keep our money. Moving on from this subway.. will drive to Mililani ??

Okay here it goes. I am not getting paid to do this. Anyway you’re welcome. This is probably the best subway in Wahaiwa. Those ladies will take care of you. Be a team player. Communication is important. I have been going to this place for some time. I am telling you ,know your sandwich artists and they will know you. Haven’t been to any other subway ever since. And for the Mililani subway had a bad experience.

I visit this particular subway 2-3 times a month and am never disappointed. This morning's visits was the best. My hot pastrami was Awsome and so were the 2 monsters for my wife and son.

Place was clean & kept up nicely. Got greeted soon as we entered. Charis was super nice, helpful w/ tips & figured out how to swipe our old subway card that weren't working good. My big, hot pastrami was awesome loaded with veggies, and the meat was juicy and pretty tender Veggie flatbread, for my wife was humongous with all the vegetables. It's kind of silly the egg and cheese flatbread is cheaper than just veggie!! so order the egg & cheese with the egg on the side and save 1.60! Only shortcoming is there's no public bathroom & we needed to wash hands.

Wahiawa workers are not customers service friendly they try to blame door dash workers when all door dash workers do is pick up and deliver the sandwiches the subway workers do the ordering you let them know it's wrong order they blame door dash and don't want to correct your order i've gone about 3 different times and it's always wrong order i'm in a senior home so it's hard to drive that's why i use door dash wahiawa don't want to correct my order that's not right what to do.

The two ladies working tonight are incompetent. We placed an order online for pick-up and specified on the app, "no cheese." Instead, they put cheese on our sandwiches and our kids are allergic. If you can't read a simple mobile order then find another place of employment. Thank you.

I ordered my sandwich online and put specific comments saying to only put tomato on a 1/2 of the sandwich because there is a person who really hates tomatoes that was gonna eat half the sandwich. I get the sandwich picked up by someone and brought home to me only to open up to see how sloppy the sandwich was made and the tomatoes is in the entire sandwich which that person will not eat it. Try to call the store and let the phone ring for almost 10 minutes and no one picked up so that is the reason for this review

Good subs and service but seems like everything will be changed extra. Ease up on the prices a little. No restrooms for customers! Gotta ding you for this one guys.

The only reason I gave 2⭐s is because the sandwiches were fine.Now I've said it before with other stores/business' & I'll keep on saying it . . . We live in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA! The MAIN language spoken is ENGLISH. Employers PLS tell/explain to your employees that when they're working to speak ENGLISH! DO NOT converse w/co-workers in FILIPINO!(or a language) IT IS RUDE to the NON-filipino/speaking customers as well as NON-filipino speaking co-workers. If you rather speak in your native tongue then by all means DO IT OFF THE CLOCK @ home. Customer service or lack thereof, is compromised.Food for thought: If not for customers your store/business would not make it. So THINK ? about the customers & what or how you would want to be treated when you're the customer.
