This taco bell always disappoints, every time I go to the drive thru they miss an item or more and give us the wrong items, Lately I've been using Door Dash and my last order with them was bs I ordered about $50 worth of food and when it got delivered half of my order was missing, requesting for a refund is somewhat easy on door dash however was disappointed that I was not contacted about any items that they were possibly out of ?! The Cherry on top and I feel like the staff did it on purpose, I got a cheese roll up, that's a 2 ingredient menu item, the only thing I got was the tortilla NO CHEESE LOL. I admit I put this order in around 1030pm and that's about 2 hours before they close, next time just cancel my order if you can't fulfill it needs.

Drive through is SUPER slow after lobby closes. 30 minutes just to place my order.
Ordered from the drive thru and the employees didn’t get my order right and refused to give me my full order for which I paid for. Looked in the bag three times with no chicken quesadillas. The employee claimed that she put it on the bottom of the bag. Her attitude was very bad raising her voice and accusing my family of lying. Brought the bag in the restaurant to show that the order wasn’t fulfilled. People do make mistakes and I get that. This isn’t the first or second time that Taco Bell has forgotten some items. This employee needs to adjust her attitude and be professional at her job.

Failed on how they approach costumer picking up orders just like what I’ve experienced on june 30, 2024 at around 11:20am that lady who attend me kind a rude looks like shes not happy working there.
