Friday Nights are usually take out dinner nights and tonight we decided to have burgers. It's been a long while since we've had a Teddys Bigger Burger so that's where we decided to order from. Usually we like to dine in but decided to do curbside pickup and eat at home. Ordering online was easy - 5. But as for the curbside pickup...let's just say it wasn't as easy as it is described. There are no proper signage or numbered stalls in the parking area - 2. At least the staff are helpful and friendly when you call-5. We ordered 1 single, 1 double, 1 kid burger, 2 corndogs, a lrg side of tater tots and 2 shakes. The burgers were made to order and very big, juicy and tasty-5. The corn dogs were surprisingly very good too-5. Everything was still warm except for the tater tots-1. They tasted like it was sitting in old oil and re-fried, soggy and cold. Very disappointing and we ended up throwing most of it away. As for the shakes they remain the real reason why we continue to support this place.

Idk what's with the low ratings but my cheeseburger kids meal here is soooo good. McDonald's cheeseburgers are good but they're not fresh like Teddy's!! I've tried cheeseburgers all around Wahiawa and I'll tell you that they are not burgers! More like meatloaf on hamburger buns, yuck!!! The burgers here are meaty and you can taste the charbroiled flavor topped with fresh veggies. Just the downside is that my fries were borderline cold :( but best bang for your buck! Oh and they have Seagrams Diet Ginger Ale!!!

Well, I have to say that I come here for one thing. Otherwise the food is like other fast food - nothing special and not healthy. What is special and healthier are the sweet potato fries. They stopped serving sweet potato fries. Now my family is disappointed too.

This is my first food review, ever!!!I really wanted to like this place, I even attempted to order for pick up online outside for 20 minutes, to find out that the system was down from the counter person. One online capability did not have the burger my kid wanted, another let me order and not have a time to pick up food. Please save everyone the aggravation and close the website, notate that you can’t order, if it’s down?!? Back to counter person, she was extremely kind and helping, her customer skills were phenomenal!!! We bought meals for four people, two “special” burgers, one double and a child meal. My child eats everything and spit out his burger, fries were just okay, edible if hungry. My double with cheddar was sloppy as can be, with two whole trees of lettuce covering everything , heavy non flavored slabs of beef. We got the “special sauce” burger which mostly was a honey mustard sauce, inedible. Why ask how I’d like my burger cooked if it’s going to come out cold? Chalky? Non seasoned? Don’t even get me started on the Umami fries, we took two bites and tossed it out. Furikake is delicious, sirarcha is amazing, how does a restaurant mess these flavors up, what’s up with the goop of mayonnaise on top? Either way this place missed its mark and was filthy. Tables were all messy, floors were sticky, bathroom was disgusting. All things I could’ve looked past if the food was semi good. 60 bucks for dinner, down the drain. I strongly encourage everyone to run far away! Go to jacks, Wendy’s across the street, shoot go to foodland (throw some salt and pepper on your burgers) and I promise you’ll have a better meal than this place. Never again.

Denied us service at 9:26pm "for cleaning"... What kind of service is that? If you close at 10, close the doors at 10 and then afterwards the cleaning begins. Unless I run my business the wrong way...

Teddy's has great burgers, served hot and with nice toppings which you can customize. They also make good French fries, shakes and sides. Plenty of parking at the Wahiawa location.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS and do the math! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Overcharged me on sales tax. It wasn't pennies but by 50 cents over! The Manager refused to speak to me and only sent regular employees to explain error. Blamed corporate and to call corporate office. NO one at corporate replied to the message left on the answering machine; nor email. YES, I have proof saved the receipt for evidence and seeking Lawyer for advice.

Very good burger! Juicy and flavorful patty. The special sauce is a bit odd happy it was on the side. Garlic butter fries are good but very heavy.

Awesome burger place. Did not realize it was a chain but the quality was excellent. Got the kilauea fire burger and loved it. Bacon as well cooked, and thick, onion rings were crispy, and the bbq was legit. It was pretty sweet and decently spicy. Would highly recommend for a solid burger. The garlic butter fries were good, but super heavy.

For a single burger it was $16 and change. Got it to go, got home and it wasn't what I ordered. Burger was okay, but it's a disappointment. This location apparently stopped serving sweet potato fries. Staff was very nice, but for the price, wait time, and change in menu I won't be coming back.
