Came here after a hike nearby and initially was skeptical driving into the area but the establishment was great. The prices were fair and lower compared to tourist spots which was nice, food and service was great. Highly recommend.

The grilled chicken plate with rice and macaroni salad was flavorless. I expected some sauce on the chicken or flavor besides salt and pepper. The chicken quality was poor as well as it was riddled with skin and fat. The macaroni salad also lacked flavor.
Service wasn't great. Seemed to be run by two teens/20 year old; Server was on his phone mostly and seemed shy while the bar tender was better and did come by asking if we wanted drinks.
Improvements can be made to flip this into a 3 or 4 star place, but I doubt it. Seems like a local dive that survives on the bar.
The live music was cool, thus an extra star.

15/10!!! This place is delicious and the vibes are amazing! We are visiting from Idaho and we just happened upon this spot and it did not disappoint! It’s definitely a local spot and they are some of the most amazing people I have ever met! So friendly and welcoming plus the food was the best we’ve had on the island so far. They did karaoke after 6 and it was honestly one of the greatest experiences of my life. If I’m ever back in Hawaii again I will be coming back!

Food was really good. You get a lot for your money. Tjere was only 1 waitress/bartender and she handled everything and everyone very efficiently. I had the salt and pepper shrimp and the pupu 5 oz steak.

Bar and grill good selection of plate dinners and starters. The starter(PUPU) servings are generous and the plate dinner portions are satisfyingly complete. Cold beer on tap and bottles and a fair selection of mixed drinks. ‘Happy hour’ and Karaoke can get quite loud and table conversations may become difficult at times.

This place is a hidden gym. My friends and I stumbled across this place looking for dinner one night after electric beach and it’s 10/10. I was so impressed considering it was bar food. We live here and will definitely be back.
Mariah was our waitress and super friendly. Made the experience so much better.
My only suggestion would be lower the music slightly, as we did find it quite loud and hard to hear each other. But I also understand it’s a bar.

Excellent service, nice people, but unfortunately, hardly anything to eat for vegetarians. Not hard to have a beyond or an impossible frozen burger in the freezer.
Don't go here unless you want to stay sober and starve to death

Jillian or Gillian was AMAZING. She was so sweet VERT accommodating the meal was cost efficient and an overall good time. Great place to go if you're into getting away from the tourist part and go to the parts where Hawaiians spend everyday life.
