I have had pasta in Italy, I have had sausage in Germany, I have had poutin in Canada, I've had lobster in Boston... I could go on.. I have never, had a crispy, sweet and spicy, chicken bite that has EVER equalled to what they have... I ordered 2 from the appetizer menu and was disappointed only in myself that I could not finish them both.

Don’t eat here. The reviews are for a reason to let others know. Ono steak and shrimp in Kapolei is so worth the drive. Ordered steak plates medium well and it was well done, dry and chewy. Both the steak and Mac salad tasted like soap. The website price for the smallest plate is $8 but I was charged $18. That was my bad though for not checking what I was being charged at the time. So what should have came out to like $40 came out to like $70. There was no one in the whole restaurant or at the bar and that should have been enough of a red flag.

Tried to call and order a pan of noodles for the next day. Called for like 30 mins, no answer. Went there and the cashier said if they have to much orders they don’t answer the phone. Three times in the past this has happened to me, this is the first time I walked in after trying to call to hear the pathetic reason.Although their noodles are good, their steak is dry. I wish there was another place to get steak and shrimp on the west side. Closest location with a decent steak would be Ono steak and shrimp in Kapolei. I would take the drive rather than eat here.

Disgusting hamburger meat is not ever refrigerated and cooked raw , took one bite and chucked in the trash , don't waste your time.
I ordered a salmon dish with rice and salad. We were in a company of 4 people with lots of chatting and laughter. Wasn't paying much attention to my food, but It appeared that salmon was not properly prepped and cooked. By the time we left to drive back to Honolulu, my mouth developed painful sores that lasted 3-4 days. No I don't have allergies. Don't order seafood dishes here! My friends ordered meat dishes and were fine. Giving a 2-star because one of my friends enjoyed his karaoke time

I ordered the furukaki salmon for 12 dollars and the piece of fish was so small, 2"×4" and it was to go and they didnt even put salad dressing in my bag and it was sitting right there by the register. I had to ask for it but that didnt stop me from leaving a dollar tip in the jar. They should be called OMG!

I have no complaints about the taste or quality of the food. But I've worked in multiple food establishments that require the use of gloves and hairnets especially when handling food. I sat there and watched of the employees walk around 1 glove on touch multiple surfaces (walk in handle, counters etc) with said gloved hand and go back to touching food that's seriously unsanitary.

This place use to be good but I ordered a take out a steak and shrimp plate for my family and I and the steak was supposed to be medium well but was well done and the shrimp supposed to come with 6 pieces came with 5 and a already eaten one with the shell tails inside my plate and my wife's steak and shrimp plate supposed to be medium well but was well done and we ordered extra shrimp with that plate 12 pieces only had 10 shrimps in that plate 2 shrimps had been eaten from that plate aswell with 2 shrimp shells tails inside her plate we are never going back there again my suggestion is go to a different restaurant
