So last night we went like 1150pm on a Tuesday night. And they were not servicing burgers only fries and drinks. That’s crazy. They said the grill person didn’t come in. There running late. I was like oh. I didn’t get a receipt. I ordered the drink n fries N they didn’t give me my receipt or it was not in the bag. So I wouldn’t have know who was cashier name but I really hope you guys need to investigate into this. Because am talking about weekdays they do this. If so they should close the store down if they had only 1 at the fries station n 1 employee a the register.

Ever since Covid this place has rapidly gone downhill. NOT OPEN 24 HOURS AS ADVERTISED. NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER. EMPLOYEES ARE TOO LAZY TO COME TO WORK! This location should be closed permanently. Extremely disappointing

Most of the time, after 12 pm, there is not much to order on the menu because the grill is closed so there is nothing but fried food. Always check the bag because 95% of the time, they do not get your order right. Check the food because I found fly eggs in the salad. "How YOU doing?!! 🤔 Shout out to Waianae Jack in the box!!

Loaded tiny tacos that weren't, double order of onion ring comes with 8, asked for ketchup and salt that I didn't get. Waianae and Hawaii Kai aren't worth going to and won't be returning.

1st. why is it that almost 40 mins it took just to get to the intercom to order? A drive thru is suppose to be quick not slow. IT’S A FRIDAY NIGHT where family, kids,even people getting off of work come to eat and enjoy a fast food night out.(October 11 around 10:15pm till after 11pm) 2nd. It took another 25 minutes just to get to the window, pay and wait a little longer just to get our meal.while the girl who is taking orders, who had no personality, can’t even be apologetic about anything or acknowledge what’s happening. she stands there takes 1 order @ a time and can’t even assist her team in pushing out food and getting the drive through moving. Like why do your job in increments? its a fast food restaurant for a reason. 3rd and lastly what made me write this is I finally got home after 11:00pm only to find out my food which i patently waited for without giving any attitude or sass or rudeness. My food was no longer fresh and hot In My BOX.JUST COLD and REALLY DISAPPOINTING. I ONLY LIVE CLOSE NOT EVEN A 3 MIN DRIVE. Really disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered mobile order through the app on Sept 6 at 640pm and never received food. Tried calling the restaurant but the telephone number wasn't working. Tried several times but always got automated error message. We also checked around 8pm and still no food. Woke up the next morning and food sitting outside the gate. So not sure when it was delivered and had bugs. Never had this problem before. They used to have decent service. This was Jack in the box in Waianae.

This restaurant is really sad, couple of times we stopped by there the drive through during breakfast has a cone. Sunday night rather Mon morning Aug 25/26 around 2 am we stopped by for a sandwich but at the menu stand the cashier informed us that they were only serving drinks. We were shocked because why would you get paid to sit at a place just to serve drinks. I don't know if there's a reason why but management needs to let the public know that at this time of the shift no food is served.

So I dine in for dinner and I ordered with large water. But before ordering I ask to use the restroom a short philippino lady let me use the restroom. She appeared not friendly. But I politely I said thank you and she never reply back. So like I said earlier I made my order with same short philippino lady, she was not friendly. So I ate my meal then I was finished I ask for more water. So the same lady assist to give more water, she used another cup as I was holding my original cup. She handed to me and poured into my original cup, it didn't quite fill the cup so ask her if I could just get just water and no ice..I filled the up and walked my car. I poured the water into my personal flask, then I went on my way to church. During church I took a sip from flask and it tasted like sprite. It didn't taste like water.. I was avoiding soda for health reasons... I was upset. Later that same evening we went back to the restaurant Jack in the box while I was waitingfor my order for my friend, I approached the same lady and told her that she gave me soda instead of water, she never apologize she just laughed and ask since I'm here do you want water.. still waiting an apology or some thing.. So I told her what If I was allergic or can't have soda what then.. She again laughed and said nothing... Just unexpected nor unacceptable of anything from this lady. I went home thinking this women does not empathy nor remorse to her action nor apologetic to this matter.. I called the restaurant just to speak to hear me incident no one answer. Just unacceptableto how she handle the situation at this restaurant. IT IS A BIG DEAL TO ME IT WAS MY HEALTH NOT HERS.. UNACCEPTABLE... she check her attitude before coming to work or handle urself.. what happened customer service.
