i order tonight at jack in box and i got 3 eggrolls ordered and 1 meal, they forgot my 3 eggroll like i dont get how its so hard to give me what i ordered i shouldve have to always check the bag to be sure know your workers brah waste money

I ordered the spiciest chicken fingers they had and they were crispy with a nice kick. The sauces were very unique and different from the usual fast food dips. The onion rings and curly fries were really good too. It was a typical fast food spot, quiet and chill, and the employees were respectful.

First off you all either need to go back to school and take a class on ADDITION & SUBTRACTION and also take a course in Following directions or get hearing aids and glasses. How hard is it to ADD two “ADDITIONAL” types of cheese to an already made burger? Not hard if you know how to follow directions.All I ask is for you to make the burger normal like you always do, NO removing(subtraction)of any of the already existing cheese and add American cheese and REAL Swiss cheese.So in a world of common sense and Elementary math I should have 1 Swiss style cheese 1 Real Swiss cheese and 1 American cheese Correct?…….Well three burgers later I finally get what I originally wanted. Look up the meaning of O.C.D. And be compassionate,reasonable,and understanding of your customers and look at yourself while talking trash about your customer that ask politely the first time to get a burger made the way he wants. If the directions,training and care went into your completion of said meal you wouldn’t be talking trash about a politely complaining & reasonable customer when your training and education has failed you.

Today I made a rather large order through the drive-thru around 10:45. A part of this order was 2 orders of 7 jalapeño poppers I only received one through the drivethru and didn’t catch it until I was at the intersection, but mistakes happen. I return to the store whose drive-thru is busy and lobby is closed. I catch the attention of a worker and I explained that I was missing an order of poppers but wasn’t given a receipt. She checks on the order, discovers I was charged for it, but states that the girl who bagged my order said it was in the bag. She told me to go check the bags again. I do so and return with the food. The girl that bagged my order comes to the door, takes a peek at my bag and says “I’m the one that bagged your order are you sure it wasn’t in there?”. I’m guessing that these guys get stolen from a lot?? What more can I do to show that a piece of my order is missing. I tell her “ I want a full refund if I’m not going to get what I payed for” as I offer the bags of food in my hands. At that point I wasn’t going to check for a fourth time. Seems kind of extreme to have to request a full refund to get what I ordered and payed for. What a weird way to end my night. Ultimately I got what I payed for but that is such an unwarranted and unappreciated interaction. maybe try not treating every customer that returns like a criminal?

I give them a one because apparently the dinning says open but they let one customer in the dining and locked the doors and made everyone wait in the car lane to order

So last night we went like 1150pm on a Tuesday night. And they were not servicing burgers only fries and drinks. That’s crazy. They said the grill person didn’t come in. There running late. I was like oh. I didn’t get a receipt. I ordered the drink n fries N they didn’t give me my receipt or it was not in the bag. So I wouldn’t have know who was cashier name but I really hope you guys need to investigate into this. Because am talking about weekdays they do this. If so they should close the store down if they had only 1 at the fries station n 1 employee a the register.

Ever since Covid this place has rapidly gone downhill. NOT OPEN 24 HOURS AS ADVERTISED. NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER. EMPLOYEES ARE TOO LAZY TO COME TO WORK! This location should be closed permanently. Extremely disappointing

Most of the time, after 12 pm, there is not much to order on the menu because the grill is closed so there is nothing but fried food. Always check the bag because 95% of the time, they do not get your order right. Check the food because I found fly eggs in the salad. "How YOU doing?!! 🤔 Shout out to Waianae Jack in the box!!

Loaded tiny tacos that weren't, double order of onion ring comes with 8, asked for ketchup and salt that I didn't get.
Waianae and Hawaii Kai aren't worth going to and won't be returning.
