PLEASE stop letting Uber Eats bike riders accept delivery orders( except Russel, his orders are always ice cold). I spent $21 on a smoothie today, and after 30 minutes of delays and confusing updates, the driver picked up another order after mine. By the time he was headed to my house , it was definitely melted. I’m tired of receiving bad quality food because of this so I canceled, and now I’m out $21 with no refund, and no food. This really isn’t right.
Idk if that’s entirely jambas fault but please be aware your costumers are receiving melted smoothies when they leave on bikes or with group orders

Basic Jamba. Tasty but overpriced juice drinks. Some new ideas.

Vegetarian options: Props up the prices.

Dietary restrictions: Cause unnecessary price hikes

The employees are friendly and courteous. There were five employees and on a hot day, the wait time exceeded 15 minutes just to place an order. After waiting 20 minutes, I placed an order online. It took another 15 minutes to receive my order. The disappointment, the location charges $10 for a smoothie but what was received was frozen fruit in chunk form with blended ice. You could not drink that smoothie with a straw. I used a spoon to finish my drink.

This morning was a rough one, i was stressed out and not in the best of moods, i was on my way to work and then i started to get really hungry since i hadn’t eaten since the afternoon prior, i decided to take a healthy option and go to jamba juice. When i walked through the door my world changed as i was greeted by lexy one of the workers at this location, she was so kind and sincere and did everything she could to get my order perfect. She asked how my morning was and even told me to have a good day. it’s rare these days to find a food chain where their staff has manners and truly cares about their customers. if i were her boss i’d recommend her for promotion because there’s no doubt in my mind a young lady like her could make a huge difference with the way the store is ran. Truly changed my day and made it even better than i could ever ask for.

Considering the line started right when you open the door so I decided to wait it out and waste 20-25 min to get to the cashier and I see a little sign we do not except bills over $20. That has got to be the first time that an actual business won’t take my money. So I am a little moody atm and will call the store direct because that sign should be posted at the effin door when you walk in.

Hands down the best Jamba Juice location on island! The young people who work here are so respectful and really make my drink perfect EVERY time (and I have a lot of modifications). Love that this is in my neighborhood
