Placed a online order and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes and I went down to the restaurant to pick up the order and then they told me it wasn’t going to be ready for 25 minutes then changed it to a hour from 10 minutes to hour. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant they are very slow go spend your money somewhere else

Bought the $28 family meal deal. Chicken was all drumsticks and thighs and was perfect.had mashed potatoes and Mac& cheese for sides. I feel it's a much better value than the other chicken dinner meals from competing drive through restaurants.

We order a 2 piece meal and a 12 piece hot wings.We are so disappointed because this has happened to us many times before and we wanted to give it another try. We keep coming back because we love KFC and we keep taking the chances of having good products but again we are disappointed. Wings has been refried and has no taste and is very hard and dry. The 2 piece chicken taste old. Not sure what is happening but this has been happening way too many times.
