I ordered chicken kutsu n hamburger steak the hammer steak was raw it wasn't cook fully took my first bit and I just couldn't eat anything after that called the place back no answer not planning on returning there to eat gravy was sour don't know y but that means it's old ready to turn bad

Update! My girlfriend also received food poisoning from the chicken katsu! Stay far away unless you want your trip to Hawaii to be altered….

My boyfriend got food poisoning from the chicken katsu curry.
Disgusting stringy chicken tasted undercooked.
Couldn’t even finish it. It was that bad.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING.

Customer service was excellent. I bought the Mini BBQ chicken, Mini beef curry. Was so ono (delicious). The portions was a lot, had some for dinner too. I will be going back.

Although their food is good, the customer service is awful. Called both of their numbers numerous times around 8:15/8:20pm, line was busy. Figured they were just busy so I kept calling. Then someone picked up, and she says “hi how can I help you” I proceed to ask to make a phone order and then there was silence. Thought phone disconnected. Called back again, and I got busy tones. 8:28pm my husband calls from his phone and someone answers. He says he wants to do a phone order, and same girl says “sorry we already closed the kitchen” before he could even ask if they had anything left that doesn’t require cooking on the grill, she hung up on him! Very rude. I understand people want to leave work on time to go home, but if your hours clearly state “closes at 9pm” then they should be closing the kitchen and store at 9pm so the staff can leave by 9:30. Not close half hour prior to their actual closing time so they leave at 9pm. Makes no sense. Even if the staff is cleaning for “half an hour” what’s the point of keeping the “open” sign still on if customers can’t order anything?

Mahi fish to Oilie ,fried rice charsu is good ,cooks in the back especially the manager don't even smile,front ladies have great customer service ? over all the restraunt is always clean I give them a plus.

Very good tasting food. Ample serving sizes. One feeds 2 or more.
