If I could give a lower rating I would. Unfortunately 1 star would have to do. They don't know how to get an order right and when you go back around because you didn't get what ya pay for they got an attitude. Everything is done half assed here. I would drive a bit further to the other location. Just don't bother.

this time around ordering from mcdonald’s they failed to seal the cup & bag so my entire order got soaked ! clearly my food was inedible but they didn’t give me a refund or a replacement order for the inconvenience.

Traffic is beyond nuts, at the waianae location 😵💫
Waianae McDonald's is bringing the Aloha... went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window an item was not available , the manager gave a refund and a replacement item...WOW!!! Now that's how a manager shows customer appreciation!!! Five stars to the manager for keeping everybody happy!!!

As long as the food is hot the fries and tasty in the sandwiches are good but just set it out on your countertop at home or in the refrigerator overnight and see what happens to the food

The food is very good and so was the guy taking our order. I don't normally go to Mickey D's however we had to get on Google and figure out a plan B for getting to the East Island. The food was fresh the crew was on it. God bless the homeless man and woman out front got them some food too. Feed the hungry. Clothe the poor. I couldn't not.
