Been standing in line in the diner area nobody came up front to say anything to any of us nor take our orders I have 6 others behind me no one came up front to do anything the entire crew is on drive through the management needs to somehow do better

Food I give 5 stars because it’s always good , customer service and workers I give a 0 , I ordered my food , waited in drive through for 15 min to pull up to window for them to park me for another 30 min , I had to walk in to let them know I was waiting for them to have forgot and didn’t even start my order yet , remind you they were all managers and supervisors working , they really need to evaluate who they hire because customer service should be there main priority of course on top of providing great tasting food .

Nice place, clean. They have new young staff that are not fully capable of working the register. I'm patient so didn't mind. Most importantly my order was correct and received it in a timely manner.

Worst McDonald's in the world. Order one number 2 deluxe medium meal and one cheeseburger. It took 22 minutes.
I saw multiple vehicles order and got their orders. Even two cars that came after me left 10 minutes ago while we're still waiting. We went inside and it was just sitting there.
No explanation or apology for the shitty service.

I waited over 45 minutes for my order after I mobile ordered it, and they were still missing a lot of my order. I didn’t mind the wait, but the girl who was running the food out this afternoon had a stink attitude and she needs to keep in mind that she’s not the only person who has ever worked at McDonald’s or had a rough job! She made the experience way worse.

I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal and it tasted like a fish sandwich. Yuck! I was so disappointed but I didn't feel like driving back there so I threw the sandwich away.
