This is the closest location to our home. The pizzas are good the service is good. Just wonder why the cookies at this location are never cut. All other locations we've ordered from have the cookies pre-cut.

We were going to the beaches located in the North West and at lunchtime we stopped at this little shop to buy a classic pepperoni pizza. This chain is present in all US states, the standard is respected from chain to chain. In this place it was not possible to eat pizza on site .. there were no tables. We ate pizza on the beach.

Pay about 40 bucks for a pizza that I had ordered and quality wasn't there and even forgot my sauces that I had bought and even at that I called and a girl asks me for my number and I said no I want to.. she just hangs up. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Your New York Big Pizza for $9.99 is a Big Rip Off. My New York Pizza... You guys here in Waianae store skimped on everything! Cheese, Less than a small handful that I could not taste. Tomatoes Sauce, Maybe 4 Tablespoonsful of Ketchup ! Pepperoni.... Stingy 12 small super thin slices which is something you'd buy in NYC! I will buy my Pizza's elsewhere.

Pizza Hut Waianae earns 5 stars from my family simply because their food is always consistent, their restaurant staff members are kind and friendly in person, and the all work to expedite your orders correctly every single time! But 1 reason why they earned 5 stars is because they serve my community and they serve it well! There's a lot of aloha flowing in this place! Thank you Waianae Pizza hut!!!

The pizza I ordered, on my last two occasions, were delivered/ready way ahead of schedule. The pizzas were loaded with topings. I ordered pan crust, and most times the crust was a little on the "hard" side. But these recent orders (2 occasions), the pan crust was soft and even tastier. The food and service was PERFECT, and well exceeded my past expectations.

Pizza is ok. Service is not. Curbside doesn’t work. 1/2 the time, they never come out to give you pizza regardless of how slow it is in there. Literally no customers and still waited 10 minutes last the time I pushed “im here” on app. Pizza had been done before I pushed “im done”
Careful ordering "deals" on the app. They show the price, then at the last step at checkout they add $5 for each one. Then when you go to the store to get your receipt, the prices change again. This is criminal to add $5 per deal without showing you. I'll go somewhere else for better pizza without all the grease and without the sneaky upcharges.

Ordered pizza almost 2 hours ago and it still never showed up. I called em just to get hung up on so I called back and now they have me waiting to get transferred. I know these people don’t answer their phone because I’ve worked here before. So unprofessional I swear.

I ordered this on the app for contactless pick up I arrived when I was supposed to it said it was ready I waited five minutes after pushing that I'm here and got the phone and told him what where I was parked exactly she said OK. Then I still waited for another 15 minutes I saw every single customer leave they got there after me but walked in get their pizza so finally I walk in and it's done and it's just in the heater still. No offers of like oh I'm sorry let me give you a soda no nothing just saying they're short staffed but here's the thing everybody else got their pizza except for me and I was there first and it was ready and I called and said when it where I was. Also I want to add I only went in there when the entire place was empty and there was no customers in still they didn't even know my name or my order. I had said I'm here for my contactless order but nobody came and gave it to me and it took them like five minutes to figure it out that it was in the heater still. So if I hadn't gone in there, they never would've brought me my pizza they would've just waited for me to come in
