Made a delivery order online and paid a good tip for service only to find out that when I checked out it switched to pickup order at my local location. Called the call center to correct the problem and was told I could cancel my online order and get refunded 3-4wks later and reorder through call center for delivery option. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just change it from pickup to delivery. I paid ($103.00)$88.00 for the pizza and $15.00 tip for delivery, only to find myself doing the pickup and delivery. Tried talking to the person at the counter and she couldn’t care less. Super disappointed because I didn’t have a vehicle so I had to walk 3 blocks dragging my kids after a long day at work. Guess I’m switching to Papa John’s pizza. At least they don’t have any problems delivering to my location.

Ordered a single pizza 2.5 hours before closing and was given a 30 min wait time. I then waited for 2 hours before they decided to just cancel the order 30 mins before closing. Now everything else is closed as well. Horrible experience. Read the other reviews. Same thing. Don’t bother trying to order delivery from this place.

Called in an order one and a half hours ago; paid by debit card. Still nothing! Called the order number twixe- they tell me it's coming soon?? Whassup?? Door dash called and said our house"inaccessible" and caught in traffic?? We are three blocks away!! Lies! Then they canceled my order! The call center that took my order said the mgr would call me back! Never happen! So the last two and a half h
Worst experience.Order online, quotes 50min wait. Get text pizza on its way 40min later it shows up 1.5 hours after placing order. Driver forgot cheese, peppers, ranch and pizza looked like it had been in his trunk for a while. Tasted awful.
