There's a beautiful woman that works there. Short with tattoos. Always welcoming and a smile on her face. She starts my day out right. Smile and a little laugh.

They were very slow the day I visited. With only a handful of customers, they took at least 15 min to make it. There was nothing wrong with my drink, just slow.

I love this location. They go above and beyond and I just want to recognize this location for their quality of a team,the service they provide, an awesome overall atmosphere also the food and drink ALWAYS on point. We are frequent visitors multiple times a week. Today I changed my normal order and they remembered that I like light ice. My boyfriend didn't know to order it and they still gave me light ice. I'm impressed. This kind of care and attention to detail these days is rare. I pray for many blessings to come to this store, its team, and their family's. You made my day and you all work really hard to provide consistency and it doesn't go unnoticed! This must be a really busy location yet yall hold it together well. Love yall! You make a difference one coffee at a time!

Insufficient seating, especially in the waiting area where every pick-up, to-go, and on-line/mobile order customer is jammed into a corner. At least add one bench.

Service is slow... average in store wait time is 20 minutes....hate the new paper cups for the iced coffee.

Ordered 1 coffee waited 20 minutes and it never came, got a refund and left. Guy infront of me waited for longer and also got a refund.
