Insufficient seating, especially in the waiting area where every pick-up, to-go, and on-line/mobile order customer is jammed into a corner. At least add one bench.

Ordered 1 coffee waited 20 minutes and it never came, got a refund and left. Guy infront of me waited for longer and also got a refund.

I went to the Nanakuli Starbucks in the newest shopping center in Nanakuli around 4p.m. and at that time there was a bit of people outside, sitting or standing around. I went to the order window and placed and paid for my order, which was a grande sized frappe w/extra whipped cream. It took approximately 30-40 minutes for my 1 item order to be made. WOW!

Parking: Lots of free parking near and close to this business.

I come here because it's location is convenient. I always pre-order caramel brulee frappe with double shot. I never tried their food items but I'm pretty sure they're great. However, I love cold coffee drinks. But than I also tried these same drinks at other locations. Kapolei Starbuck are the BEST. Nanakuli & Waianae Starbucks frappucino drinks are watery. Unlike Kapolei, theirs are very very tasty.
