This morning was the second time I went to your stores drive through and I was told to “loop around” because my drink wasn’t ready yet. This is very upsetting because:
My drinks were done in less than two minutes after being told to loop around. So if I got back in line (which was at least 8 cars long) I would have gotten completely watered down coffee. I know it was less than two minutes because the second I parked and walked to the window they handed my drinks which is absolutely ridiculous.
Now if this was done to EVERY customer I may be a little less upset but as I am walking to the window and then proceed to wait for your district managers contact information and reach them for this asinine policy for almost 5 minutes they let another customer wait there for their coffee…
As a person who previously worked in the retail and food industry, I find this policy of yours very ill thought through and it will eventually lose you customers.
If you don’t want people to stay in the line for their coffee, do what other franchises do and park them. Then have one of your workers be a runner. Or SOMETHING besides this.
People shouldn’t have to pay $8-20+ and then receive subpar watered down coffee from having to “loop around” again.

Absolute favorite Starbucks location in the state. Welcoming atmosphere off the busy main hwy road. Easy parking to run to window versus drive through. Never had a bad order from them, but I've seen them interact with others and they have always been very accommodating and patient

Terrible ordered oatmeal with a splash of milk. I got soup ordered fruits with my oatmeal. I got nuts.
I Always mobile order and either drive through or pick up at window and it’s pretty quick! Staff is always friendly!

Ty to the staff memebers today! Went to this Location this morning to pick up my mobile order. When I finally got to the drive thru, the guy noticed my food and drink wasn't fresh so they offered to remake it. They were very quick & fast. Love getting my coffee here!

Worst service I've ever had at Starbucks. Girl at the counter was super rude, I've been a Starbucks customer longer than she's been alive. That kind of stuff makes me miss the old mom and pop coffee shops.Won't be back to this

Parking: 12 bad part is tacobell and Starbucks drive is thru is connected when coming out of Taco Bell drive thru and people that are going to Starbucks gets mad thinking people are going to Starbucks too.
