Been to this Subway several times and this was a terrible visit. Broken AC, employees are expected to work with fans. It was broken last time I was in as well, weeks ago. Soda machine, broken. Female staff standing at the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge us, just stood there even though we had a mobile order and just needed to pick up. She was very unfriendly and clearly lacking in basic customer service skills. Sandwiches were given to us in a basic paper lunch bag that immediately ripped and there was no offer to replace it. No napkins. Overall, just ridiculous.

I ordered two foot long subs. The young man & woman who took our order and made our sandwiches. They were both fast, friendly, and were very clean. They took pride in their work, and it showed.I would have given this Subway a 5 star ⭐ but the manager/owner. He wasn't too friendly. Didn't greet his customers or say anything, not even a smile.. The workers were great!!

I drove up, 5 minutes to 8:00, open sign was lit. Parked my car, walk to the door, open sign was off, door was locked. Still 5 minutes to 8:00. Not nice.

My family and I eat here at LEAST once a week, we spend over $20 each time. But the last 2 times we ate here our sandwiches have been jacked up!!!! This is the last time we will be eating here!!!! Phone rings but never gets answered!!!
