I got sick after I used their restroom. Not cleaned since ever and disgusting!! Brown and dirty toilet, no water to wash my hands. I got a gastrointestinal disease and even had to went to a hospital and missed 4 days of my vacation! Don't ever use their restroom!!

DO NOT!!!!!!! Order from here. The service is beyond HORRIBLE And the food is dumpster quality. Honestly you could probably get better quality dumpster diving it’s that bad. Order and pay extra for there so called saucy nuggets and they serve me this trash!!!

I've been to this Wendy's many times since it opened. I live in Maili, so I didn't have to go all the way to Kapolei for my Wendy's fix.The Waianae store started to go down in quality of food and service over the few years.It's back up! Had a great experience. Service was fantastic, and food was great. One of the best Wendy's Bacon & Cheese Baked Potatoes I've had.Keep it up guys!P.S. get more Coca-Cola!

Ordered thru the app 20min before I got there and still had to wait 12min for my order with noone in line. Got home and my order was not correct!... asked for a Jr combo with NO cheese and added it a DELUXE lettuce n tomato with NO ketchup n mustard and REG chicken nuggets with sweet sour sauce and a coke.Received the jr burger without the cheese but it had the sauces and no lettuce n tomato! The nuggets was SPICY with NO SAUCE and the coke had NO carbonation!I also did not get a receipt so went online to find the fone# and its been busy for over an hour now which jus may be off the hook per another review! SMH!IRRAZ!!!
