Beautiful bar named for the artist whose sculptures adorn the surrounding area. It has views of sunset and multiple islands. The cocktails are delicious and well curated. The sushi is delicious.
The first time we stayed in the Grand Wailea, we went here 4 times because we loved the presentation and taste of the drinks and the quick service. However, our recent stay, we noticed that everything changed. The great presentation of drinks was no longer there. I even got half a cherry on one of my drinks. It wasn't as welcoming as it did before. My husband also noticed that one of his drinks had less alcohol and tasted a bit water down.
Bartender Keoni makes the absolute best aperol spritz and he is so friendly! We came here every night before dinner just to see him and get a great drink. Would highly recommend Botero Lounge and specifically, Keoni!
