We sat at the bar and had fantastic service by the bartender who was impressively multi tasking – making our drinks, talking to us and interacting/working with other staff. I loved the “Watermelon Sugar” special drink (a new recipe created by another bartender). We ordered our favorites: ahi poke appetizer, farm salad with ginger sesame dressing, kochujang chicken and garlic rice. Anthony was the server who delivered our meal and checked in with us a few times – he came by at just the right time and offered to cut our generous 1/2 chicken into manageable sections, which we appreciated. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly, very professional and all seemed to be in sync with positive energy.

Everything about our experience was exceptional. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The salad with goat cheese and the ají tamago were so flavorful. We really loved our entrees. The wagyu steak and the Korean fried chicken. Both sauces were incredible. The garlic Szechuan noodles were out of this world. The milk chocolate and miso ice cream was supreme. We also really loved our mangorita sorbet. The ambiance was exactly what I needed for my birthday

The food is just fun and delicious and nothing you're making at home for sure.. and the staff... amazing!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Lineage and would not recommend it for families. We ordered the steamed fish, which was served undercooked. With two young children at the table, we couldn't risk eating it and sent it back. Instead of doing the right thing by replacing the dish or removing it from the bill, the restaurant insisted on charging us—even though we asked for a new fish packaged to go since our kids couldn't sit much longer. Shockingly, the manager's solution was to offer us dessert. At that point, all we had eaten were appetizers and side dishes. The main entrée we came for was inedible, and yet we were expected to end our meal with sweets. We left the restaurant still hungry, frustrated, and with kids to feed elsewhere. For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, the lack of accountability, food safety, and flexibility was unacceptable. Lineage proved to be not family-friendly in both food and service, and we will not be returning.

What a great find! We came here 2x during our week in Maui! A stone's throw from the major resorts where we were staying in the Shops by Wailea and reasonably priced, so welcoming and delicious! The peanut sauce fried chicken and the garlic noodles were extraordinary! Lobster noodles also wonderful. And all the servers are so friendly and welcoming - you won't be disappointed!

Food is great here, probably best in the area imo. However, the portions are way too large for me to sample everything. I’d prefer smaller portions and paying less, kind of like tapas style. Their fried chicken doesn’t have to be so big/heavy. I think half the portion would easily be enough for 2-3 people.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We ate at the bar because it was a last minute reservation. The bar served a full menu. We had the garlic noodles and crispy cauliflower. Both were so flavorful and ʻono! I had a pua colada which was a pretty pink, little tart, not overly sweet gin based cutie. I also tried a cocktail from the happy hour menu which was a rosemary pineapple drink with Brut. Hubby had beers on tap. Great value, welcoming staff, top notch service. I don't want to give too great a review because we'll never get a table. Lol! They have a lot of ʻai pono awards to their credit and was wondering why no James Beard yet? The food was superb! Mahalo nui loa!

Signature steamed fish and lobster noodle dishes were amazing and a must order. Seafood was super fresh, moist and hit all the high notes of modern Asian cuisine. Definitely an amazing dinner and experience for the family

Superb food. KFC, hamachi, croquettes were all excellent. Our boys ordered from the kids menu and both had seconds. Great service and reasonable value for money ,

Wonderful experience. Highlights - fried chicken was one the best I ever had. The Meneki Neko cocktail was well balanced. Cauliflower hamachi carpaccio and lobster noodles were also yummy

The chicken is not of this world. It was made for gods and goddesses to be sure. Always an amazing experience here, but Joshua added an element unexpected. He’s one of a kind and phenomenal at his craft. Make your reso come get crudo. Don’t forget the chicken. You’re welcome.

My wife and I ate here last night and we were impressed! Our server (Christian) was great with his drink and food recommendations. The food was some of our favorite we have tried on the island. The cocktails were also fantastic!!
