I'm legitimately mad because I ate this on my first day of six and I know I'm not going to find any food better on the island. It's a shame they are only open on Saturdays, because I'd go back every day.My journey in life is now to find something as good as the chicken, pipi, and pork belly.

Wonderful local family BBQ with delicious Huli chicken as well as a variety of other tasty dishes.
Was headed to The Fish and The Hog restaurant when we saw their signs and smelled the bbq, made a quick turn into the parking lot and tried a mixed plate (chicken and ribs). After the first bite I ran back and got a side of pork belly and was not disappointed. Highly recommend you stop by and try some local bbq!

Stumbled on their roadside BBQ while passing through Waimea. We got the huli huli chicken. It was the best chicken ever! The owners were super nice. They cooked us the last chicken even though they were almost closed and also gave us a sample of the steak ribeye.
