I can’t blame the employees but what a disaster this location is. By far worst fries I’ve ever had no taste no salt nothing. Incredibly expensive for low quality products. Burgers are tasteless and slathered in condiments to mask the low quality meat. They only give you two or three tiny ketchup packets and barely any napkins. They have a sign on the door saying eat your food quickly and then get lost. I’m not kidding. If you want a burger go to the food court don’t waste your money here

Shortchanged. Ripped off. BK got half of my order wrong at the drive thru. Ordered whopper, and double whopper meals with large onion rings. Paid $36+. Received whopper, a tiny whopper junior and two small kid size fries. Not going to spend another hour round trip to try to get them to fix it. Next time, will opt for a real burger at Village burger or Smash Daddy’s for less money.

The food was good and made fresh. My only complaint is that the spicy chicken wraps had hot sauce all over the inside of the wrapper, making them difficult to eat in the car.

I got taken with the free Whopper offer for taking a survey. I handed in my receipt with the code on it and ordered fries and a drink but got charged $9.31 and they wouldn’t give the receipt back so I couldn’t photograph it to prove I was swindled.

3 1/2 years since COVID and their self-service drink station is still closed "for your safety." For a respiratory virus. They're just lazy. Restrooms are closed. Like, permanently. And their broiler is down. This place is just one big middle finger at every customer.
