Forc is a great place for food and drinks in Waimea…such a nice suprise. We especially enjoyed the unique Mai Tai’s made by the friendly bartender, Hannah, that included muddled pineapple (a first for us). The bacon was amazing too! We’ll definitely return to Force again on our next trip.

It was our first time to FORC. Everyone was so kind and pleasant and the food was incredible. We ordered the house salad and goat tacos for an appetizer. My husband had the ribeye and I had the miso butterfish. Everything was so tasty, cooked perfectly and presented with care. Loved the entire experience and we will definitely go back!

A wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Our party of 4 was greeting by a friendly hostess which set the tone. Lovely ambience, the vibe strikes the balance between upscale and local ALHOA welcoming. Repeat visits to FORC as the food is reliably delicious. Specialty cocktails, local brews, good wine list and an array of appetizer/starters each of us chose something different; hamachi sashimi, short rib lettuce wraps, wedge salad, clams with homemade sausage. All yummy. All 4 of us had a different entree as well, ending up sharing a macadamia chocolate tart topped with mac ice cream. The menu changes seasonally which provides for unique and creative dishes that incorporate local produce and proteins. Signature dishes such as Rib Eye and New York prepared 4 different ways remain on the menu. Parking on the premises, service is impeccable and the evolving tasty food never disappoints. Thank you FORC !

Starting with an amazing house salad with some of the best tomatoes I’ve ever tasted a wonderful brown butter macadamia dressing. The three course kids meal was top quality food that I ur daughter enjoyed immensely – the chimichurri steak, the miso butterfish, and the short web surf & turf were all outstanding, perfectly cooked with lovely presentation. Cap it all off with attentive, friendly service from Jessica and our host and you can’t imagine a better meal.

It is one of the finest restaurants on all the Big Island. Chef Allen Hess prepares each dish perfectly. His special whole fish is a must for 2 to 3 people. The atmosphere brings you into the heartbeat of Hawaiian cowboy heritage. A well thought out wine list offers great value. For those who enjoy cocktails, the full bar makes top-notch drinks.

Such an amazing farm to table experience. We had the whole fish special, prepared to perfection - loved the fresh wasabi. The chicken hot pot is delicious - so much flavor and super tender and moist. We've added FORC to our "must" dining establishments whenever we're in Kona/Waimea!

Fantastic service, very good at accommodating preferences! The waitstaff are very attentive and friendly! The chef made me a goat cheese grilled cheese when I mentioned that I was pescatarian (after ordering the oysters that are cooked with sausage) and boy oh boy was it good! I loved the oysters and would have eaten more if sausage wasn’t involved ! 10/10 would recommend, if you’re in Waimea or even just passing through, go here !!! I don’t remember the name of the people who served me, but they were both great! Give them raises (love- the one with purple hair and piercings, y’all are great!!!!)
