I'm always looking for a good Acai bowl so while my other half was at NHCH I headed to Hina's place. When I walked in the young lady came from the back and was super sweet and helpful. She helped me pick an Acai bowl so I got two of those and two of the grilled cheese with spinach. The Acai bowls had unripe papaya with the skin, almonds and a tiny amount of blueberries and granola. The bowl was very bland and did not taste good at all. Pretty disappointed since this place is supposed to be awesome for Acai. The grilled cheese was ok (hard to mess up bread and cheese) with tip I spent over $60.

Love love love. With two little kids it was the perfect cafe to have a quick breakfast. The girls that worked there were sweet and the food was amazing! Our older kids got waffles, my husband got a sandwich and I got an açaí bowl. It is a small cafe so it’s probably best to grab and go if you’re in a larger group. Thanks Hina Rae!

Açaí bowls are SO good and fresh. I’m always craving it and wishing they had a second location in Kona!

Food was ok but nothing special, especially for those prices. We got 2 tiny sandwiches, a side of fruit, and 3 sodas. Total came to $39 plus tip, so $47 in all. We left hungry and very disappointed

The main reason we even drive to Waimea (Kamuela) on the Big Island is to get the best açaí within 3000 miles in any direction! Srsly the very best place to go for a sweet and healthy dessert.

2 half bowls was 30$ which is kinda crazy considering it’s so tiny. The girls that were there today looked so judgy as they don’t even smile providing a cold service

Got the pork belly banh mi sandwich and acai bowl. I just wanted to sample the sandwich and take the rest for lunch... Was so good I ate both. Almost forgot to take pics because I ate it all too fast!

That may have been one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!

10/10 breakfast. My wife got an açaí bowl - lots of fresh fruit and a highlight of local honey. I ordered the “get in my belly pork belly” and it was one of the best things I’ve had on the island. ??The people working were also very kind!
