So hear me when I say that Claudia and Gino’s Italian-Peruvian cuisine at Cipriano’s vies in my experience for the best I’ve had. Incredibly fresh local ingredients, superb bread and pasta made on-site with Italian flour, innovative recipes made with love. Very casual little yellow bungalow where we eat on a shady porch fringed with tropical foliage and from the kitchen comes your moan-worthy meal…“
