Went there during off peak time just to get the (cold) steamed chicken w/ ginger sauce. Very tender/moist chicken w/ the generous side of ginger-scallion sauce on the side. Better than the ginger chicken I used to get in little Saigon in SF! Worth the 40 mon drive from Kona. Duck is excellent also

We stopped here for dinner during our stay and it was probably one of the best meals we ate during our vacation. Good sized portions, flavorful duck, kind host. They were out of lobsters and crabs when we stopped here but those are the other dishes we would’ve tried. The duck, salt and pepper fish filet, squid, mapu tofu, fried rice, beef chow fun, were all great. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was very good ,and so was the service.especially the chicken egg soup was one of the biggest highlights of the food.
2nd visit and Jade Palace doesn’t disappoint. Service excellent, but the food was outstanding. Cold ginger chicken (huge portions!), even half order served 3 heartily. Hot & sour soup was flavorful and delicious. Pot stickers were meaty and the skin was fried just right, so delicious. Char Siu pork was very most, and duck was also great. House Special lo Mein was ok, but otherwise great experience.
