The best orange chicken that I have ever eaten by far!!! I don’t know what spice they used but absolutely amazing. Everything was good but that orange chicken was next level that I didn’t know could be achieved!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very handicapped accessible

The employees here were very friendly, but the food is not good. The fried rice was bland, the "chicken" was basically just fried batter, and the egg drop soup was literally chicken noodle soup from a can with some eggs thrown into it.

We discovered this restaurant the last time we came home to visit, and it was soooo ono! We're back home again and shared with our daughter and her husband and they were like this the best Chinese food they ever had! Service was great! We'll return again.

food was awesome and no one had to wash dishes afterwards. service was good, considering they are under staffed. A "Christmas Story" tradition without the goose. (We have pet geese and not food!)

I can definitely rely on them for catered food. They are fast and food is always consistent. We are fan favorites of the Orange Chicken, Gau Gee Cake Noodle, Fried Rice, Salt & Pepper Chicken, & Bau Buns with Duck.

They have the BEST chicken egg foo young. I search all year for a comparable dish on the main land. Only to return to the Jade Place in Waimea HI for my FAVORITE chicken egg foo young. It is one of the first places we eat when we get here. Be sure to order extra gravy and extra serving of rice and it is then enough for 2.

We came on a Mon night and ordered the dinner combo for 2. Coming from a picky Asian mom, food was DELICIOUS, reasonably priced and quick to be served. It may not have the bells & whistles with regard to decorations but we are anticipating coming again. Thank you Jade Palace for our first welcoming dinner to Hawaii! Chefs are authentic Chinese

Delicious food at this big Chinese restaurant! They're in a strip mall with several other restaurants so you have a choice. We ordered;-Not Lunch Special: Beef Asparagus in Black Bean Sauce (ordered medium spicy but wasn't spicy at all so order it spicy to hot)-Lunch Special: Beef ScheZuan (ordered spicy but could've requested spicier)The lunch special came w.rice, choice of soup (I got hot & sour soup), cheese rangon, veggie egg roll.Everything was delicious, very hot, very fresh, crunchy vegetables, lots of flavor. The restaurant is very clean EXCEPT for the door! Must clean or replace the front door!Service was excellent, thank you. We will be back soon!

Tired of Hawaiian food? Jade Palace gave us a sweet relief from eating local Hawaiian food for past several days. Nice crunchy asparagus in the beef asparagus dish was excellent. Little on the saucy side, but flavor was spot on. Eggrolls were filled with cabbage and few traces of carrots; nice since I've missed eating veggies. Hot & sour and wonton soup were average. Mapo tofu was little salty but the big fresh chunks of tofu more than made up for it. Service was excellent. Just like other restaurants here in Hawaii, it's a no frills business but food here is good. Enjoy! Highly recommend!
