The only thing you can count on here is the abysmal service. Not nearly enough staff and the staff they do have can’t be bothered to provide an adequate experience. Baffled this is supposed to be a 5-star resort. We were waiting over an hour for our drinks reading the positive reviews and laughing at how impossible they seemed. This level of service is unacceptable when you’re paying over $30 per sushi

Sushi was great, music and atmosphere also good. Had to go to bar for a second drink as we never saw our server again and plates were never cleared. Definitely not a 5 star experience for what the Fairmont charges, although this has become the norm with them.

Luana Lounge is the bomb. Great view of the ocean, very chill atmosphere with great drinks and sushi options. Reasonable prices given the Mac daddy location. If you have the opportunity you need to check it

Love to get in early, grab one of great happy hour drink specials, and relax a bit before enjoying the amazing snacks and sushi! The Chirashi Don was absolutely delectable! Can't wait to go back and eat some more. Also, live music and a spectacular view make this one of my favorite spots. It is an amazing experience from beginning to end. (If you aren't staying at the Orchid, take some time to walk around and enjoy this lovely property while you are there). (There are also some vegetarian options in case someone in your party does not want raw food. Also an amazing Tempura Shrimp roll). This is also an excellent place to start if you are having dinner at Brown's. You can pop in here at 4p and enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for your reservation!

Best kept secret in all of Hawaii! The sushi is better than Michelin star experiences -extremely fresh local fish, generous portions, live Hawaiian music, and incredibly attentive, honest, and warm staff. Oh and a sunset viewing point only seen in the movies! We dined here 3 nights in a row! (And we are extremely picky when it comes to eating out). The texture of all the sashimi and sushi is soft, melts in your mouth, and does not have a fishy smell or taste. It tastes like the fish was caught only a few hours ago. It’s divine.Big shout out to Josh for honest recommendations, friendly conversation, and most importantly - never feeling rushed nor forgotten about. The lounge vibe feels relaxed, yet so magical with the breathtaking views and airy openness. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to dine at Luana Lounge 3 times! Don’t miss this jewel! It’s worth the trek if you’re not staying at the Fairmont Orchid too.We will be back to the Fairmont Orchid for this sushi experience as well as the 7 star experience all around.

Food was great!! I really like their chirashi don and came back a second time at the end of our trip. The fish was fresh and also uses real wasabi! Their salmon roll is pretty good too but the cake was just ok. During the evening they have live music performance and it made the experience really

Came here for a wedding party. This place was exciting, big, and the food was great. I loved their steak, perfectly cooked. Malasadas and tortilla chips were delicious. Outdoor seating in the night is extremely comfortable.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s indoors, basically shaped like a room.

We were staying at a nearby rental and decided to swing by for some drinks. Great atmosphere with the live music (ukulele covers). Drinks and food were a little pricey for what they are, but that is to be expected for the location.

A flash storm rolled in with high winds and rain but we were able to take shelter in the Lounge. We had a great time listening to the live music and enjoyed the cocktails. They primarily serve sushi on the menu, it's made fresh by the chef inside the lounge. Best place at the Orchid Hotel to watch the sunset and have a drink!!!

Great place to catch a sunset cocktail. Bonus points if you get there early enough to catch the tiki lighting and conch calling.
