Dole Whip's soft serve was good, but I didn't like the coconut part of it. We also got the chocolate along with coconut as well. The server wasn't friendly, didn't greet us, didn't smile, or anything. It seemed like it might've hurt him to answer any questions we had. But all in all The pineapple dole whip is what I'd recommend???

Love the shave ice here. It's a nice little shop. Just a little sad to see the entitlement of people. I understand they just ran out of something and need to refill it I can wait but I have witnessed customers come in and be told a 5 minute wait and get mad and it seems like they take to Google to try and give a great place a bad reputation just because they are impatient. Be nice to the workers here they are wonderful people and it's sad to see them get treated badly just because you have to spend 5 minutes of your vacation waiting for them to restock something that you want. Do not listen to the people that have put 1 star reviews this place is a nice gem in paradise Do not let businesses like this shut their doors just because of entitlement.

Best shave ice and ice cream I have ever had. First time I went in was on Saturday and sadly I missed the shave ice by 20 minutes and the young man was closing but he gladly let me in to get some ice cream. Second time I went in on Monday during a busy time and it was the same young man, we were able to get some shave ice. He recommended the watermelon and grape shave ice with coconut ice cream. It was an amazing flavor combination. They have perfected shave ice. It was a little sad to see these workers treated rudely tho when they would tell customers they need a few minutes to restock on some items. I just want the two gentlemen working last night to know you did an amazing job.

Only had 2 flavors of ice cream. Out of dole whip. Out of fruit sides. Traveled 30 min just to get the dole whip and they broke our hearts. This place has potential but failed us.
What tropical treat place doesn’t have shaved ice? They also had limited other items. You will be disappointed so just go ahead and skip this place.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The first time I came here they opened 15 minutes late. No problem. I get it we’re on island time. However, they didn’t have ANY shaved ice and said they wouldn’t until 2 maybe. They open at 11:30. Second time I came it was 4:15. Should be fine right. Nope! This time no shaved ice until 5…….maybe. Ridiculous!

Got some delicious, delectable, tasty customer service?. When they say less is more THEY MEAN IT. I bought a SMALL I REPEAT SMALL ice cream from the establishment and received the blessing of the double gulp cup upon my mortal unworthy hands??. Not to mention I got the COLBY DISCOUNT on the WHOLE ORDER???. That John was basically free at the end of the day… shout out to my favorite discord kitten duo Colby Jack?.
