Speed, quality, great service, and a delicious San Jose Carl (espresso with honey). We are staying at the exclusive resorts, not far from this little café, and it was recommended that we stop here for our morning fix. Not only was the service very nice and the gal who helped us was super on point, products were also marvelous. We ordered a couple of coffees of tea and a muffin, and all very good. This is a cool coffee shop in Hawaii.

My god is this the most over priced and under delivering coffee shop on the island.
$9 for a 16 ounce latte is outrageous, and then charging $16 for the Mana road sandwich (the smallest sandwich to ever exist) is even crazier to me. Lastly I decided to add eggs to the avocado sandwich and it was the most sad egg I have seen - it was just 3-4 strips of egg white, going to McDonalds and adding an egg from there would have been a better idea.

Great little coffee shop with breakfast and lunch options.
Recently stayed in the area for just over a week and stopped in many different times for breakfast and lunch.
Seating indoors and out.
Sandwiches at lunch were all great, as were the pastry options for breakfast.

The Mauna Lani coffee shop makes good coffee and the food offerings are Ok as well. The service we’ve received is friendly. I have no complaints about the products or service. However, I’ve deducted stars because of the unbelievably outrageous prices charged at this shop. I don’t know if the rents at the Shops at Mauna Lani are excessive - causing tenants to charge excessive prices for their products, or whether the owners of the shop are taking excessive profits… but never have I seen prices like these anywhere for coffee. I just can’t believe that this business needs to charge the prices they do. It seems like just plain price-gauging. I won’t be back. Starbucks at Waikoloa Beach Resort seems like a bargain in comparison.

I got the Kimo's Special frozen blended beverage. It's comparable to a frappe or frappucino. With the $14 price tag came almost impossibly high expectations on my part. I have never paid that much for any beverage! Was it worth it? Oh my gosh, yes! I can honestly say that it was more delicious than any frappe I have ever tasted. That coconut syrup must have been really high quality because it just took the coffee and chocolate flavors up to a whole nother level. And being able to sip and savor it at a nearby, gorgeous beach was priceless. The girls who served me were genuinely nice and the shady outdoor seating looked inviting. Highly recommend this spot when you want to indulgently treat yourself!

Great little coffee shop within walking distance to our vacation home. Perfect morning stop as we walked to the beach every day. The hazelnut croissant was delicious.

Starbucks with a side of aloha. It was fine, I guess—like, the coffee didn’t offend me, but it didn’t sing me a Hawaiian lullaby either. Tasted like it could’ve been brewed in a strip mall anywhere. The staff were nice enough, smiling and all, but I’m pretty sure they knew they were serving me a $6 cup of “meh.”

I would come here if you’re in the area and are ok paying $10 for a coffee, I’m ok with this price in Hawaii or NY type areas. Although, I don’t recommend coming in after 3:30 pm (they close at 4 pm) bcuz getting service is a challenge. I felt like she was closing early and had multiple excuses to stop and or deter business. I’ve come in the mornings and had no problem.
