Absolute shittiest, McDonald’s I’ve ever been too in terms of service. My girlfriend and I were ordering and she just wanted ranch sauce with her food and they forgot to add it when we got to our checkout with the food. The lady asked for our receipt, kept telling us that it’s in there even when it wasn’t and then finally said we could get another one for $.51 instead of just giving one. I told her to switch one of my sauces out and that it was ridiculous. I’ve never had that experience before and it was very rude.

Given moldy chicken snack wraps go in to refund and they dont want to refund unless u have the card you used to order the food. Speak with a manager and she brushes u off just like other co workers. Finally after 30min they refund my whole order.

We went inside, forced to use the kiosk. We put our order in and waited. Not only did our food never come, but nobody would even look me in the eye when I tried to get their attention to ask if there was a problem with the order.
We never got service and left. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant in my entire life. I will not only quit this McDonald's, I will never step inside another McDonald's again. Those employees either need supervision, training or pink slips. Looking through the reviews, I would say the unemployment line is the right place for these employees.

For the price the food was good. The least expensive meal on the island. $6 meal deal, yes please. Freshly renovated, it is a better-looking McDonald's.

It's McDonald's but in Hawai'i, so... Island time 😤... I ordered a pie (Haupia pie since I was in Hawaii) and they took forever to literally grab a pie from the heating shelf and hand it to me. Pie was good though! 😂 I wish we had these flavors in the mainland.

No free refills on drinks, took 15 mins from time of order to get an ice cream cone, took 20 mins to get burgers. Not impressed at all. Only redeeming quality is it’s in Hawaii and in Waimea.
