Today at the Waimea Starbucks, there was an incredibly rude customer. She grabbed the wrong drinks, then came back in to berate the baristas, continuing to do so even after the issue (her own mistake) was sorted out. As they made her drinks for her, she kept angrily insisting they were incorrect (apparently the chai latte did not LOOK like a chai latte, and no amount of confirmation could convince her otherwise). I just wanted to leave this review to comment on how well the baristas...
Typical Starbucks and all that comes with that fact. Staff was friendly as to be expected with the constant line of customers at this location. However, the drink took longer than I would have expected and was honestly the worst Carmel macchiato I have ever had from Starbucks, and I've had plenty. I usually stop at this location at least once every trip to the island, but not sure that I will after this experience. Hoping it was just a one off miss-made drink. I was already...
