If you are a Starbucks customer, this is a good version of their typical experience. Very busy on a Sunday morning, with a crowd of people waiting for their orders. The barista works super hard and the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. No door code needed for the bathroom, which was a nice deviation from the norm for the Big Island.
Long wait times, drink is mostly ice, ordered extra lemonade, and idk if it's the ice filled to the top, but it seems like there might actually be less lemonade than normal.
Location is nice though and the only starbucks around the immediate area.

Today at the Waimea Starbucks, there was an incredibly rude customer. She grabbed the wrong drinks, then came back in to berate the baristas, continuing to do so even after the issue (her own mistake) was sorted out. As they made her drinks for her, she kept angrily insisting they were incorrect (apparently the chai latte did not LOOK like a chai latte, and no amount of confirmation could convince her otherwise). I just wanted to leave this review to comment on how well the baristas...
