The ingredients were fresh, which we appreciated, but overall, the burritos felt a bit overpriced for what we received. Ours were served room temperature and a bit on the dry side. The atmosphere is great though!

Braised beef tacos are extremely good. Best food I have had on the island so far. Price is reasonable, we spent about $40 for two persons. I will definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

Tacos were delicious! Taco Rosa is a part Mexican food, part pizza restaurant. The food was excellent. We had burritos and tacos for lunch. Not sure if it was just that day but there was no salsa bar. Just Tapatio salsa packets. But we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and would highly recommend anybody who's hungry for Mexican food in the Waimea area to come try it.

Chicken tacos were good. If I went again I would skip the pickled onions that were on it. Parking is terrible, too many restaurants in a small area and not enough parking to accommodate them all.

Truly I am not kidding these are the best tacos I’ve had in my life. Maybe I’m not well traveled but for what I’ve had, these are insane so good. I come weekly for them, never ever gets old. So quick so fresh so quality
I recommend the pork taco, it's delicious but I don't recommend the chicken, it's bland and has no flavor. But the beans and rice are tasty. The salad is fresh.

This taco place is actually the same restaurant as the pizza place next door! On the taco side, their food is very flavorful and good. On the pizza side, their sourdough crust is tasty and their sauce to cheese ratio is excellent! And both restaurants share a free Ms. Pacman machine!

What a great find! Excellent vegetarian tacos. The grab-n-go food looked really good. Nice little area in back to sit. Shares a parking lot with Merriman's. Definitely worth a stop.
