There’s nothing quite like a good taco after a bike ride, beach day, or when ya need a post gym refuel. This is always my go-to for all those occasions. And it’s one of the few spots that stays open late.
I can’t remember the special that was around for a bit, but the spicy crema thing you guys were doing was next level. Make it standard!

Gosh, their uala taco is hand down one of the tastiest tacos I have eaten, got 3 of those. They have a burst of flavor and taste excellent with tapatio. The man at the counter was super helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Loved this place!!

Braised beef tacos are extremely good. Best food I have had on the island so far. Price is reasonable, we spent about $40 for two persons. I will definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

Tacos were delicious! Taco Rosa is a part Mexican food, part pizza restaurant. The food was excellent. We had burritos and tacos for lunch. Not sure if it was just that day but there was no salsa bar. Just Tapatio salsa packets. But we thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and would highly recommend anybody who's hungry for Mexican food in the Waimea area to come try it.

Chicken tacos were good. If I went again I would skip the pickled onions that were on it. Parking is terrible, too many restaurants in a small area and not enough parking to accommodate them all.
