We first saw them at the farmers market and then knew we had to come again. Absolutely love their ube lattes and their matcha. It’s a quality spot for sure!

I wasn’t expecting such FREAKING AWESOME boba drinks in Waimea but they were spectacular. What makes them so good? The boba was perfectly soft fresh and chewy. The matcha was smooth and not bitter. The presentation was so pretty with all the layers and the food was good too. The people working were so friendly and you can order online so everything was ready when we got there.

Tea O’Clock – A Colorful, Flavor-Packed Stop in Waimea

Tea O’Clock has become a must-stop for our family anytime we’re in Waimea. It’s the perfect spot for an afternoon treat—our kids love it here!

The drinks are as fun as they are delicious: bright, colorful, refreshing, and super affordable. Whether it's fruit teas, milk teas, or something in between, you really can’t go wrong—every sip is a hit.

Our personal must-order? The Kimchee Pastrami Sandwich. It’s crave-worthy—savory, spicy, and totally satisfying. It might sound like an unexpected combo, but trust us, it works.

This place hits the sweet spot (literally and figuratively): family-friendly, fast service, and full of flavor.

Great place especially since it’s next to Ippys so I can get some food and get boba so fast since it’s so close, the tapioca balls are so good and you ca. tell that they hand make then and don’t just buy them cheap from amazon, all is good but prices are a little high, will go next time I visit big island!

A Hidden Gem with Heart!

Tea O'Clock Hawaii in Waimea is an absolute treasure. From the moment we walked in, Arlene, Ryan, Roe, and Brooklyn made our family feel right at home — like we were visiting friends rather than just stopping for drinks.

Their teas are incredibly refreshing, full of flavor and care, and the handmade tapioca boba? Truly to die for — soft, chewy, and absolutely perfect. We loved it so much that when we heard they were at an event in Kona, we made it a point to find them and get more!

You can tell how much pride they take in what they do. It’s not just a drink, it’s an experience filled with aloha. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

Mahalo Tea O’Clock for making our visit so special! 🌺🧋

Real authentic tea made from tea leaves, hand made tapioca, ceremonial grade matcha, and it was all so yummy at a very reasonable price! Arlene one of the owners was very kind and helped us pick the perfect beverage for each of us! Photographed: BLT and Matcha‼️

I drink bubble tea every day whether I am on vacation or at home. This was my go-to spot while on The Big Island. Sometimes I would be driving 45 minutes to pick up my bubble tea. Was worth every second of it. Some things to note:

-The boba pearl itself was the best I've ever had. Can really taste the difference between fresh hand made pearl vs. reconstituted pearl from dry.
-Their black tea is stronger tea flavour/bitterness than most I have had. I always drink my teas with 0% sugar which brings out the bitterness. It was well balanced by the cream.
-Super friendly staff and service

Overall, a great bubble tea place that holds their own against big city boutique bubble tea places.

Very friendly staff and their Thai tea with boba was nice. They had public restrooms for their customers in the back of the building.
