Truly, I have never had better boba in my life. It’s a sin to skip out on going here…I am a boba connoisseur so trust me when I say…I know what’s good quality. The people are the sweetest too! Try it out!!

Highly recommend Tea O’clock! The boba tea is great; I got the classic milk tea.
The homemade boba tastes fresh: Perfectly soft, tender, and the right amount of sweetness (not too heavily or lightly coated with sugar).
The tea is also good. I can taste the black tea, get a bit of a caffeine kick, and best of all, they have alternative milks, like oat milk, for those of us who are lactose intolerant.
Lastly, they serve or will serve White Nene Coffee beans! Arlene and Ryan (owners of Tea O’clock) know what they are doing.

The "Aloha" spirit is alive and well here at this beautiful family owned cafe! Amazing mix of classic and unique offerings, and the quality and integrity of ingredients is top notch... my kind of place!
Do yourself a favor and stop in to try something!
Dietary restrictions: Alternative milk options, and super important to me... white sugar alternatives
What a gem!! My partner and I hold a very high standard for matcha, and Tea O’Clock delivered. The Matcha Kiss was a delightful surprise (and one of my new favorite drinks on the island). Beyond the quality and care of their ingredients, the owners truly embody the Aloha spirit. Warm, welcoming, genuine, accommodating, engaged. We will be back!!
If you love matcha this is the place, it broke da mouth! People that work here are super friendly, welcoming and take the time to explain different options of what they have. Will definitely be back!
Vegetarian options: Loved that they offered vegan options
Dietary restrictions: Had vegan options - Boba was vegan and milk alternatives
Parking: Pulled right up to the buisness, no issies

Honestly, the best boba shop on the Big Island. From using ceremonial grade matcha, making all their syrups in-house, using high quality Oatly oat milk, you can see that the owners take a lot of pride in the drinks they create. We got a strawberry matcha & a strawberry tea refresher and they both were so good! Excited to stop by again soon!

Cute little locally owned business with amazing drinks. The tuna melt & the complimentary coffee that the owner offered was so good. Definitely going back to try their kimchee bacon grilled cheese sandwich & ube croffle AND all the matcha&ube flavored drinks. LOL. I swear this is a DEFINITELY PLACE TO STOP BY & TRY!!! The staff & owners are sooooo amazing.

Been here twice now and both times the young girl ringing me up made a mistake. First time she asked if I wanted Boba and I said yes so she charged me for it but didn't put it in my drink. The second time I went here I asked for a Thai tea with agave and no sugar. I even repeated it to her like 3- times and she for some reason absolutely ignored me and just rang up a completely normal Thai tea. I could tell there was sugar in it and I have a sugar sensitivity so I asked them to remake it and the young girl who rang me up didn't even apologize at all. Wish they would train their young staff better and maybe pay more attention to the requests of the guests. Next time if something like this happens again I won't be going back. Which sucks cause their drinks aren't half bad when they pay attention. Also they were slow so being busy isn't an excuse.

A very nice place. With lovely people and cool tea alternatives. It is a bit confusing though, that it is 'only' Boba tea and no real hot teas. But heh.we loved the different teas we had.And this croffle!Oh my god.Would suggest to make it a bit more cozy.Feels a bit empty and lacking the 'spirit'.Friendly staff though for sure! And super nice board games you can play!Loved that!
Kid-friendliness: Have board games to play

Some of the softest boba I’ve ever had in my life. That, combined with a tea focused on flavour rather than sweetness. I was blown away by the quality.
