We had an outstanding dining experience last night starting with our server, Susie. She is delightful, and very knowledgeable about all of the food and drink options. Three of us had the parmesan crusted chicken dish and one of us had grilled duroc pork rib-eye chop. Both dishes were excellent, but the pork was amazing. The Miss Sunshine cocktail was delicious. Always reliable. Got the coconut shrimp which they are renowned for as is their almond rice. Did not realize no did it say on the menu that the coconut shrimp appetizer comes with slaw. My husband had the crab cakes which are crusted in coconut. Pretty good could use a little bit more toasted coconut on it.
our waiter was Michael He understood my wife had a Soy allergy. The chef came to our table to go over the menu. our table was perfect to enjoy the sunset. our food was prepared to perfection. Best service and food on the Island
