Didn't visit the store but bought the ice cream at KTA. HOWEVER, aside from Gypsea Gelato in Kona, this is the ice cream of my dreams. I had the ginger and I only wish I'd gotten more.

It seems that they used to sell ice cream, but they have already stopped selling it.It seems like they only sell to stores now.

Just tubs, no scoops but a great selection of flavors.

My coworker has taken us here a couple times so far to get some ice cream for a midday treat. Today I got their oreo cheesecake ice cream. It was super creamy and had both the cheesecake and oreo flavors I love and enjoy. I believe last time I got the butter pecan and it did not disappoint either. Definitely stop in to support a local business!

Best Ice Cream- Eat Here or Take Home- Hard to find in warehouse in back farm country but 3 minutes from Waimea Town- buy little container or large- EVERY flavor including Hawaiian specialty flavors- My family LOVES Tropical Dreams

We buy the half gallons. They have an electronically tracked punch card, but 10 get 1 free. Great ice cream, worth the drive over and a great savings on ice cream compared to buying it by the pint and in the stores. We love Kona Coffee Chip, Toasted Coconut and the kids like the Big Island Volcano (banana ice cream with bits of strawberry and Oreo pieces). Good quality ice cream.

Great coffee and burritos, the atmosphere is super pleasant!

This is not an ice cream shop where you get a scoop of ice cream, you just buy a tub like you can find at the store. That was disappointing after driving over 30 minutes to get there, when we could have just picked it up at the local market. But the ice cream and sorbet was very good. We've had 3 flavors so far. Mango sorbet, banana cream and strawberry cream ice creams.

DONT DRIVE HERE TO GET ICE CREAM. This is just a dairy plant with no tours. It’s a room with ice cream tubs inside a stand up freezer that they sell. Nothing special, not worth the extra drive. Just go anywhere locally and buy the ice cream, it’s outstanding.

Ice cream was fresh and delicious! We had the Tahitian Vanilla, Cookie Monster, and Mac nut. It was the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

*VERY Good ice cream is not saying enough, this is OUTSTANDING ice cream!!! My 5 nieces thought so too, we bought 10 everyday for 2 weeks, but when one of them accidentally spilled her breakfast oatmeal into one of them and we thought ....... "OATMEAL ICE CREAM" , what an idea or even "Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Ice Cream", what a healthy treat for youngsters who are picky eaters ....... just a healthy suggestion, we LOVED our visit in beautiful Kamuela, we will return again one day, Mahalo! This is probably the best ice cream I've ever had. It is rich and creamy. This is a store where you can buy half gallons, pints and cups of ice cream. Our favorite is the chocolate hazelnut. They are all good. If you want scoops, hawi, kona, hilo and a few other places on the island you can get them. As well as on Kauai, in the Safeway strip mall in Japan. Enjoy!!

Literally as good as ice cream gets. The flavors are great without being over the top. I had the macadamia nut and it tasted authentic. It is very creamy indicative of a high milk fat content which is where most ice cream’s cut corners and substitute sugar. Do yourself a favor and just go here.

You can also get this ice cream in Hawi town at Kohala Coffee Mill. Although if you go to the coffee mill please don’t order food it is a total rip off and low-quality. See my review of the Kohala Coffee Mill

We live in Hilo but were in Waimea for the day today. We stopped here before heading back home and WOW what a disappointing place. There was a little girl (probably 8 years old?) She was SO rude to us, rushing us and wouldn't stop talking. We couldn't even choose a flavor she was so disruprive. I kindly asked her if we could have 5 minutes to think and she said no, she doesn't have 5 mins. Lol. Who the heck allows their bossy kid to run their shop? But after meeting her mother I can see where the demanding behavior comes from. Incredibly rude and will never be back. We also got icecream at Anuenue... GREAT icecream and kind service!P.S. this isn't an icecream shop. Super disappointing if you have kids. It's a little refrigerator in a mostly empty room. Kids were happy to go somewhere else and so were my mom and I!
