Outstanding beef burger! Tasty local grass fed beef. Soft toasted bun. Lettuce Tomato Sweet onion. Soooo yummy! Fresh cut fries. Young men staff informative and extremely helpful. Our mistake, not ordering the milkshake!

This is a popular hamburger restaurant.
When I arrived at the store just before noon, there were about 3 people waiting in line. Ordered the standard hamburger and fries. The meat is kneaded and grilled in the kitchen, so it won't be ready right away. It tasted like a hamburger, but unfortunately the meat was a little hard and didn't feel juicy. However, it was nice to be able to enjoy the atmosphere of eating in a foreign land.

They changed the burgers. Now they are tiny, no flavor, dry, and burnt. Totally different than before. They also have less menu items than before. Idk what happened but please go back to how it was. Oh and the fries were soggy :(

Best burger/food I have had in my big island trip. The mushroom burger and volcano fries were top notch. Also their milkshakes had an authentic taste. Tried chocolate shake it was out of the world. Must try place

Decent wagyu burger, but it was overcooked. The parmesan fries stole the show. I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu. It was windy outside so we sat inside at the food court tables. There was someone playing live local music that was enjoyable.

I stopped by on a whim, but the bun and patty were delicious, and I didn't have to add anything to the burger, which was satisfying.
Two days later, I went back and it was still delicious, but when I went back today, it was closed. Maybe it's because they're closed on Wednesdays, or maybe it's because I stopped by after 6pm, but since I'm still staying for a while, I'd like to stop by again.

Even though I was struggling with my poor English, I was grateful that everyone on the first day and on the day I returned were so kind.

Located at the entrance to the Waimea food court. The meaty burgers are delicious. I'll definitely go again when I come to Hawaii.
