This quaint stall that serves up filipino food at the Waikele outlets. Their offerings include the classic Filipino finger foods: banana lumpia, pork lumpia, and vegetable lumpia, as well as heartier dishes like pancit and pork adobo. The stall's no-frills approach and focus on quick, grab-and-go items make it a convenient stop for shoppers looking for a quick bite. The lumpias here are a mixed bag. The pork and vegetable lumpias are decent, but they can be a bit on the greasy side. A tip for the oil-conscious: ask for a few extra paper towels to dab off the excess. The banana lumpia, while generally a sweet delight, can sometimes suffer from overly ripe bananas, which affects the overall taste. That said, when they get it right, it's a deliciously sweet treat. What really stands out about Alyssandra's is the convenience and value. There's rarely a long line, but when there is a queue it can be a long wait. The prices are quite reasonable, meaning you can satisfy your lumpia cravings without breaking the bank.

Majority of their menu is lumpia with a couple Filipino sides or desserts. I like that it's freshly rolled throughout the day and fried to order. Service is fairly quick. It's a small kiosk in the food court so it gets noisy with the various tourists and patrons.

Glad we counted the Shanghai, there were 5 in it instead of 6. They were sorry they miscount it.

I love their lumpia. I used to get them when they were outside of KMart. Too bad Kmart closed. Now they're at Ka Makana Ali'i and Waikele. I'm not sure if they have other locations. They have three varieties: veggie (with ground pork), Shanghai (pork only) and banana. I like all three. It's six pieces for $7.95. I usually get two each. They usually fry it when you order. It's so good when it comes out of the fryer, hot and crispy. Don't forget the dipping sauce. They have two, but I always get the sweet chili one.

As a quick snack, or a meal, the lumpia from Alyssandra's is delicious. Lumpia's wrapper is thin and crispy, and you can taste the filling inside of the lumpia wrapper as you take your first bite into the lumpia. Shanghai lumpia has meat inside. In previous visits, I remember that the banana lumpia is sweet, and is a tasty treat. It is almost like eating a dessert. Lumpia comes with sauce, such as salt & pepper or something like a sweet chili sauce. Lumpia also tastes good without the sauce.

5/6/2022 Stopped by here because hubby wanted lumpia. I ordered 3 Veggie and 3 Shanghai. They offered a choice of Sweet Thai Chili sauce or Vinegar Garlic. He picked Vinegar Garlic. Friendly lady took our order and rang us up. When we got to our destination, about 15 min. away, the lumpia were still warm in their paper bag. Not greasy or oily at all. Just crispy and filled with veggies or pork. We agreed that we liked the pork the best. First-rate & mouthwatering lumpia!

When at Waikele go try the lumpia... it's worth the wait since you get it hot and fresh!! Pork, pork & shrimp, vegetable and banana lumpia.. all so ono!

Lumpia is hand rolled so it is fresh. The pork lumpia stays crispy for over an hour even when we take it home. As with most food, it tastes best fresh. Be careful it is hot. During peak times the wait is over 20 minutes because people like me order 3 orders at a time. They use square payments so it take apple pay. We love coming here when shopping in the area and will be back again. Order before lunch, shop and come back to pick up your order. The one thing I find ironic is that in small print the veggie lumpia says "contains ground pork." Banana lumpia is also very good.. Seriously good food though.

My go to for lumpia when I can't make my own. All flavors are good, crunchy, and hot. Don't forget the vinegar sauce for dipping!

Pretty small servings for a little over $1 per lumpia. But when you're shopping and snacking, I can appreciate the novelty of it. Now that I have stopped by again after many months. I can't help but crave more lumpia because of how fresh they always are when I stop to order some here. Each time, they've been piping hot. I never get full on a $7 order and they seem to have less filling nowadays, but I guess that's okay with me. They only serve lumpia, so it is more just a snack and not a meal. The Shanghai seem about average. The vegetable lumpia seem a little skinnier than others. They are about half the size of how my mom makes them. Still good and I am not deterred from ordering from them again. I like their turon, banana lumpia, because it isn't overly sugared. No carmelized sugar on the outside, so if that is the kind you are expecting, you will be disappointed. If you don't like yours with sugar, like me, these are perfect.
