Went on Saturday night, business seemed doing good. Nothing bad about this place, just a good ice cream spot.

Ice cream was great here but the worker not so much. The short lady that works here is very unwelcoming and RUDE, I don’t know what’s up with her. She clearly doesn’t like her job, it shows on how she talks and deal with the customer. Beware!

Had the absolute worst experience here ever. I love BR. I came by today to get some quick ice cream for my kids after a beach day and encounter a very rude worker. I only asked a question about the flavors and was met with very unnecessary rudeness. Then when I order she acted super confused at the simple order I asked. We practically argued about my order. Please do better BR.

Went in, grabbed a cake and fell in line. They finished ringing up the customer ahead of me and the worker walks away and helps a customer that just got there and the other workers didn’t bother helping either cause they were too busy talking stories. Maybe they didn’t want to do the writing on a cake or something so they ignored us but whatever the reason, their customer service was terrible. Ended up waiting too long so we just left and got a cake from zippys instead. I have no doubt the desserts are good, that’s what they’re known for but their workers need to fix their customer service.

I understand they closes 10pm so they gotta do all the cleaning and putting stuffs away…But hello we came inside get plenty people so we waited in line with our ice cream cake then there’s 2 person came in after us…bruh we already waited by the register put our damn cake there and still we didn’t get the help we need! Instead of helping us they helped the people who came after us…what a junk workers…

Too busy talking story with co worker and my capucinno blast wasn't blended well

No doubt, desserts are always a must! The place is great but employees need to be more friendly and quicker in service. It was busy and I understand that part. Thanks to the worker who helped me today, I know she's doing her best no matter how tired she looks.

Don’t buy freshly packed quarts or pints from this location. I’ve gone twice now and both times they packed it very light. The one quart I bought tonight was probably missing a pints worth of ice cream. Other locations make sure they pick it in and fill the containers. I don’t think I’ll lbs going back to the Kunia location.

Wanted an Ice Cream Brownie and they have a great selection of that, ice cream cakes, polar pies, and ice cream as well a super duper friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

How does only one employee get scheduled to work on the 31 st knowing its gonna be busy. Poorly managed store. The only employee working doing her best the scoop ice cream, charge customers and handle the chaos.

An amazing variety of flavors and our ice cream associate was very kind and quick!

Little pricey but worth it's worth it. Customer service is on point.
