Had their food at the swap meet. Can confirm 100% legit authentic. Reminds me of my late mother’s cooking - and we had a restaurant. Really good solid Filipino food. If they can do that in a mobile setting can’t wait to try their actual restaurant.

Portion of vinegar In chicken Adobe was perfect! Balance of ingredients rendered good flavor. Great experience eating the food which was served in vert generous to take home wonderful tasting left overs.
