The Waipio staff provides outstanding customer service! Everyone is cheerful! Saturday before Mother's Day was very busy but the staff and manager were pleasant and calm and so efficient with servicing all customers seated, waiting to be seated, and even on the telephone.
We were very impressed by the staff's fantastic level of customer service, like checking on each table to make sure everything was okay, refills, and even taking time for pleasantries....

The place was busy for a Monday evening. Food ordered was simple, and came in a timely matter. However, no one came to refill our drink until the owner who was helping the waitresses deliver orders saw one of drink needed a refill but did not see the other cup. The manager came to take the cup, but also did not see the other cup. Left the cup on the edge and the manager just walked by - he was looking at the other tables. Tried to get his attention - didn't hear us....
