Red rice and FINADENI!!! Chamorro grinds us the only place on the island for Chamorro food so far but they out out decent food. The ribs and chicken are moist and delicious. The red rice is so satisfying. The chicken Kelaguen is also alright. Although I love this place, I have found that sometimes the ribs and chicken are dry depending who's on the grill that day. Also I'm pretty sure they use Costco rotisserie chicken for the kelaguen, which is only noticeable when the kelaguen is under seasoned. Don't let my gripes keep you away though, their food is generally satisfying. The people working are always sweet and make sure to hook me up with extra finadeni which is awesome.

Not my favorite Guamanian food. Too grease and no meat in the empanadas. They tasted good just no meat. Steak was too buttery and greasy. Red rice was bland. Not great.

Don't judge Chamorro food by this place. All recipes online. Try cooking them yourself. Your first attempt will be much better than the dishes here. Was in the area, so thought I'd support. I planned to order what I was going to eat first and then order my take out. She insisted I put it all together. It took an hour. Every order that she took after mine for one combo plate, she prioritized and gave to them. About 7 orders after me were served before I got anything. They all got done eating before I left. It was the fried sides I ordered. Seems there was a line to fry. By the time she did my combos, she ran out of stuff and asked to substitute items. Whatever. Get a combo- it's ok, but not worth the price.

Really really good stuff. It felt like I was in Guam! I even used them for catering for a big party after tasting the food.

My wife ordered a combo #2 plate which is their rib plate. The lady was very friendly. When we got home in Hawaii Kai we were "very" disappointed to find that we got a chicken plate instead. I called them immediately and notified them of the situation which she said she will reimburse $2 ‍. I gave them my name and never got anything. I messaged on the emailed receipt which ask "How are we doing?" I guess they really don't care how they are doing. ‍. Such is life, just lost a customer. Like others say the portions are getting smaller for the price. Too bad so sad

Food was delicious and definitely hit the spot! Only wish that the food was hot when we got it. We appreciated the wait being short, but I think that goes to show that it was not freshly prepared. Of course, bbqing isn't something you can do on the fly, so I understand the premade batch of readily available goods, but just saying. Today we samps'd the ribs and chicken plate at $20 a pop. Good portion, but definitely NOT a sharable plate, unless you're sharing with a child under the age of 5 lol. The service was friendly and prompt, and there's a few tables to the right of the truck if you're wanting to dine there.

My son who came back from Guam said he enjoyed the food up there. He wanted to try the food truck that served similar food so we decide to join him. There's about 5-6 food trucks upper waikele shops. A Korean bar b que, A Mexican food truck, Chamorro Grindz truck Pho -Vietnamese truck and I forget but there was another truck far end These trucks are in the back parking lot aside Coach. Took us a little bit to find it tucked back there. My son ordered the rib eye plate he said was good. It looked pretty good but I didn't taste it. My grandson had the pineapple soft serve. He liked it. I shared the fiesta plate with my husband. I wouldn't order it again, It was dry and not flavorful at all. The Empanadas was oily and not crispy. The filling was chicken mashed like mash potatoes. The shrimp plate which my sons girlfriend had looked ok. She said it was good but won't rate it more than a 3. I also ordered the shrimp Pattie's which are like fried little balls, these balls are filled with barely any shrimp lots of corn beans and carrots mixed in a flour dough and dropped ball size to fry. I ate 1 and the birds ate the rest. Honestly overall the price I feel is pretty pricey and the flavor wasn't that good. Next time I'm trying the Korean bar b que. (1st food truck).

The food was all right ( small portion). But It didn’t taste nothing like Chamorro BBQ to us. Little disappointed.

Growing up in Guam from 3-18 years old, I know what good Chamorro food tastes like and this was not it. The flavors on everything were bland and was not giving what it was supposed to give.

My Son surprised me with the chicken plate and it was awesome! Came here about 12:15 and no line, service was great! There's tables with umbrellas, lots of shaded area to sit!

Got a little taste of home here while on vacation! Seriously worth the drive to eat here and can enjoy the outlets before or after. Nice seating area and had other food trucks. Keep in mind it's located in the back side of the outlets and you won't be disappointed on the food. Prices are perfect compared the other places with a lot of food!

I understand times are tough but their portions and their over inflated price is just appalling. Their portions are minuscule so be prepared to head to another place to eat. The flavor of the food is more like "who cares" their plates won't know any better. I think the owners are greedy and do the minimum. I wish someone would open a Chamorro restaurant to show them how Chamorro food should taste. For a 20 dollar plate you get one chicken thigh, 2 teensy-no meat ribs, one tablespoon of chicken kelaquen and some romaine lettuce. They also must have just cooked the rice, mixed a gallon of oil and dumped into the rice. They can do better.
