This is called cheese brulee milk tea with strawberry popping boba. It's a mild tasting tea with a whipped sweet cheese like layer with sugar sprinkled on top with a little nutmeg (maybe) which is then brulee'd. the strawberry popping boba adds a different flavor profile which is hard to pinpoint. The boba by itself is a nice soft hit of strawberry. The popping boba gives it a tart kick. I like it. I would say if you like interesting and new ideas come try it!! Many...
I wanted to get the Peach Oolong tea but they were sold out. I got a large mixed fruit green tea with mixed popping boba. It came with fresh sliced apple,orange,lemon and lime inside. It was very refreshing, the lychee boba was my favorite. I will definitely be back!

Boba is freshly made. The smoothie drink could've been blended more for finer smoothie but was overall refreshing.
